Welcome to our unique and comfortable studio unit, a cozy space designed to meet all your needs. The room features a comfortable Queen Bed for a restful night's sleep. In the kitchen, you'll find elegant Quartz Countertops, and it's fully equipped, making it easy to prepare your meals. We've added a Large Storage Closet to keep your belongings organized during your stay.

For entertainment, our Spectrum TV Package offers 150+ channels, and you can stay connected with blazing-fast 1Gbps Internet Speeds. We've created a laptop-friendly workspace with a NEW Desk & Chair, perfect for your work or leisure needs. And you can adjust the temperature to your liking with the AC Unit, ensuring a comfortable environment, whether it's hot or cold.

Now, let's talk about the bathroom. Here, you'll experience the luxury of the infamous TOTO Bidet Toilet, complete with a remote control. If you've never used a bidet before, you're in for a treat. The Neighborhood:
One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.

Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.

Getting Around:
There is public transportation available, all within 5 min walking distance. The major cross streets both have busses that run every 15 minutes. You also have reserved parking for your vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
• Our home is securely gated, ensuring no public access.
• Occasionally, harmless passersby may walk nearby; however, they are simply passing through and pose no threat.
