The Yard
You'll find a charming garden outside our main entrance, creating a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation. A metal gated front entrance provides added privacy and security.

The Living Room
Sink into comfort on our eco-leather sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 4K 55" Samsung Smart TV. The living area is spacious and cozy, with warm tones creating a welcoming atmosphere. Stay connected with fast 1Gbps internet.

The Dining Room
Gather around a large white dining table that can seat up to six guests. You'll discover an integrated bunk bed with a Queen bottom and Full top, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Large frosted windows provide abundant natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere.

The Kitchen
Our well-equipped open kitchen features new appliances, making it convenient for your culinary needs. You'll find a washer and dryer conveniently inside the unit, multiple storage cabinets for your essentials, and we have provided basic pots, pans, a toaster, a blender, and cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The Bathroom
Experience the luxury of the infamous TOTO Bidet Toilet with a remote control. If you've never experienced a bidet before, you're in for a treat. The bathroom is tastefully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We offer complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. You'll have a supply of large, medium, face, and makeup removal towels, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
You have full access to everything within our unit, including the beautiful front yard for BYOBBQs and relaxation.

The Neighborhood:
One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.

Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.

Getting Around:
You can uber/lyft anywhere in the area. There is also easy access to public transportation such as bus/train.

Our home is gated for your security.
Considering our home is near the downtown area you may occasionally have pedestrians walk by the front of the home.
