The house was fully renovated late 2019 with new kitchen, bathrooms and built in cabinetry. A huge north facing deck is the jewel of the property with a large 10 person outdoor table, outdoor fire pit and multiple sun lounges. Festoon lighting adds wonderful evening ambience.

A gas strut servery window opens up the breakfast bar to the sunny deck and is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon vino.

The house comprises a King sized master bedroom with ensuite upstairs, 2 queen bedrooms downstairs plus a large bunk room with TV and bean bags. Two updated bathrooms top off the downstairs section of the house. There is a new kitchen with Bosch dishwasher and Bosch double ovens, Nespresso coffee machine and a European Laundry with Bosch washer and dryer. A large banquet styled dining area, upstairs powder room, stunning free standing fireplace, air-conditioning (upstairs), hydronic heating and a private media room with long built in day beds complete the house.
