Great location for the families staying. Well appointed, aircon was a great advantage for warm nights. Clean and tidy with a good range of appliances and cooking utensils.
Would recommend for a stay
Great place to stay. Well positioned only five minutes away from our get together with Canberra family. The house was clean with well manicured gardens.
Joyce was excellent with answering all questions promptly.
I would recommend this accommodation to anybody considering visiting this area.
Thank you Joyce.
Satisfactory stay after initial access problems. Owner was very cognisant to our access problems and to the fact that due to an error the house was not properly cleaned after the previous occupant.
Amazing service provided by Joyce leading up to the stay. She even popped past to provide us with some milk and cookies which was very thoughful. The place served us well while attending a work event in Canberra. I stuffed up on the dates we booked, however Joyce was very accomodating with the changes at the last minute. Highly recommend
The property was well presented, clean and tidy.
The mattress in the main bedroom sagged into the middle and we found the glass coffee table in the lounge was too big for the area and we had to move it to allow our elderly guest to get to the lounge seats.
More hotel than house. The house was absolutely wonderful. Clean, warm (Canberra was surprisingly cold for that time of year) and well appointed - just like a hotel. There was lots of little touches like toiletries, a coffee machine and some basic food in the pantry that saved us having to go to the shop on our first night.
Check-in was a little difficult as we had to wait for the host to bring us the key and she was un-contactable for about half an hour when we first arrived. A simple lockbox or other method of check-in would solve that issue. Also, the lock up garage was not available for use which was a shame as we had a trailer of equipment we would have liked to store in the garage during our stay. That said - there was loads of parking room so we had no issue 'boxing' our trailer in for peace of mind. A wonderful house in a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book it again.
The property manager, Joyce had great communication and made the booking process simple. The home for perfect for our two families to stay. Perfect location with just a short drive into the centre of Canberra. We’d definitely come back
We enjoyed our stay, thank you. Small living space for lots of people though, particularly in cold weather and not being able to use the outdoor space. But a good base to return to after a day out. Would also be great to have a few more amenities, washing powder and broom etc. Thanks again.
We had a last minute canvellation at another property and Joyce so wonderful at getting us sorted. To say she was helpful in this situation is an understatement. We had 5 workers already in Canberra working when we needed to wrangle this.
The property is perfect for us. 4 bedrooms, kitchen and BBQ area. All were presented very well and were super clean.
A group of us had only one night in Canberra planned. The house was spotless, huge and comfortable. The setting beautiful - mountains in the distance glorious. We all agreed we were sorry we didn't have more time to enjoy the house and the proximity to cbd.
