Amazing Family Holiday Home - Games Room & Pet Friendly!!

If you're after a beach holiday with a little something extra then this renovated house has just what you need.

It's only 2 minutes walk to the fully patrolled, dog friendly Mudjimba beach. It's also wheelchair friendly, pet friendly, (teenager friendly!!) & has so many living areas that everyone can have their own kind of holiday.

Inside set over 2 floors with polished floorboards & luxurious bedroom carpeting this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home immediately makes you feel relaxed.

Downstairs has the kitchen & open plan dining & lounge room with air-conditioning & brand new luxury leather recliners, 60" LCD, WiFi. When you walk in you know you're on holiday.

It also hosts the air-conditioned Master Suite with a King bed, massive walk in robe that takes you through to the ensuite.

Off the kitchen with a servery window & door leads to a covered deck area with a BBQ & outdoor dining that overlooks the enclosed backyard where your furry friends & children can freely play.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed & 1 with 2 x king singles, ceiling fans in both with a separate toilet & bath with shower.

The entire house has been newly fitted with CrimSafe windows & plantation shutters throughout the entire house to let the sea breeze flow.

The greatest thing about this house however is the brand new games room, set off the side of the house with it's polished concrete floors, full sized pool table that converts to a table tennis table, dart board, 60" LCD, WiFi, couches, bean bags, full sized fridge/freezer & it even has aircon. 2 roller doors can be opened to let the sea breeze & natural light through (& maybe the kids playing in the backyard!) This room is the stuff dreams are made of.

Perfect family getaway

A fabulous property with something for everyone - the games room was a big hit, a great fenced yard for our little dog and perfectly located a very short walk to great dog friendly cafes and restaurants with lots of gluten free options and on-leash dog beach.

Sometimes listings have big promises but fail to deliver...This time, it was the complete opposite, and the stay exceeded the listing promise and our expectations! Amazing luxury house

This house is absolutely amazing. It’s the perfect holiday spot for our family! The games room is an amazing way to spend quality family time. We have never stayed in Mudjimba before - this house is exactly what we needed - it’s the perfect location as we could walk along the beach every morning as it’s a great way to start the day.And we got to bring our dog Gizmo too! Definitely recommend!

The house with it all.

This huge house is not only walking distance to the beach but also close to restaurants and bakery and a small grocery store. There is a huge air con’d play room separate from the house with darts, a pool table, ping pong, a TV, refrigerator, bean bags and a huge lounge. Air con works well in all bedrooms and living area. Lots of yard for puppy to run. Big veranda out back great for morning coffee and a BBQ.

It’s like a 2nd home 🥰

Our second stay here. Truly a lovely place to stay with fur babies. My dogs are oldish so we’re very grateful to be able to have them inside with us. Walking distance to the beach. The entertainment area was fun with ping pong and a pool table too.

Great spot in Mudjimba

Fantastic place in Mudjimba only a few minutes walk to the foreshore. Well set up with games room, great wifi and has everything you need for a great weekend away. Kirsty was a great host with great communication. Will definitely look to stay again, thank you for the relaxing stay.

Just perfect

My husband and I and our two dogs were looking for a quiet break and this was just perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and and short walk to cafe’s. Loved it. Relaxing and fun. The games room was a bonus.. enjoyed playing Pool every night. The only thing I really missed was somewhere to lounge in the sun between beach visits to read and relax in the sun. Appreciated our dogs being allowed inside as they are house dogs and sleep inside at night. Can’t wait to come up with our young adult kids aswell.
