Welcome to our home away from home. We’re excited to share with you. The has a totally remodeled kitchen and two brand new bathrooms. The resort has 12 new pickleball courts.
Review:“First, I would like to say that Cathy is very easy to work with. She is so great at answering emails when you have questions. This condo was the nicest condo we have ever stayed at in HHI. My favorite part was the size of the common areas- kitchens, living room, and balcony- all very spacious for a condo! Updated kitchen was gorgeous! Almost everything you could need and more were available in this kitchen. The sofa bed was easy to pull out and put back. Have stayed in some places where that was not the case. Quiet building at night. “

Enjoy watching your family play in the pool while
you soak up the sun's rays from the double balcony of our ocean-side, pool-front, Hilton Head condominium. If you rather, you can walk along the wide gorgeous beach to search for starfish and dolphins. The beach is 65yds away from the steps of the building entrance

Admiral's Row is the 2 bedroom section within the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, an oceanfront complex, mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantations. The resort has ten lighted tennis courts, pickleball. Exercise room, two pools, an ocean front tiki bar, restaurants, nearby golf, 2 pools, playground, fitness room, children's recreational program, on-site bike rentals, close to popular restaurants and shopping.

Many of our guests return every year. I'm sure that once you visit, that you will want to return. We have owned our villa for over twenty -five years. We love it dearly. There is handicap parking with a ramp into the building and also a short boardwalk without steps onto the beach. The villa is gorgeous, next to the beach and the well-groomed resort has all the amenities you would ever want.

Great Property!

Great condo. Great Location. Would stay again. Just watch out for the gators. lol. Owners were great, very quick to respond and answer questions even when I didn’t read check in directions carefully. Love Hilton Head.

This is our third year in Cathy’s condo and everything is always great. Love the pools, especially the one outside of our balcony. You really don’t need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Our condo is always clean and ready to go. We will be back for a fourth year

Great stay!!

Thank you, Cathy! We had a great time. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. I actually found it way nicer than advertised. The location was perfect! Our kids loved having the nearby pool and it made it easy for us to run back for any forgotten items. I hope you will allow us to come back!!

About the host

I'm a retired medical lab technician from SW Ohio. I have a small business doing high school senior photography. I love working with the teenagers. They keep me 'young'.
I also love gardening and keep a nice size pond and waterfall in my yard. This also serves as backdrop for my photography. My other hobby is my horses, which keeps me very busy. I raise smooth gaited Rocky Mountain Horses for trail riding.
I am married to Ron and we have together four children, eight grand-children and four great-grand-children.

Why they chose this property

I bought in Hilton Head before I married Ron. We had visited there and had a wonderful time. Everything was so neat, clean and close to nature. The next year we went to Florida. We had a nice times but decided that it just didn't compare to Hilton Head. I took my life savings and bought the condo and have never regretted it.

What makes this property unique

We go to relax in the Spring and to do some maintenance in the Fall. While there we always rent bikes and strive to do the entire island by the end of our trip. We love visiting Savannah and always eat at Mrs.Wilkes Boarding House. We love walking the beach in the evening at South Beach to watch the dolphins that sometimes will come 10 yds from the beach. Restaurants are changing all the time on the Island and we like to try out the new ones and then we have favorites that we always visit. Sometimes we go on alligator hunts. They love to lay out in the sun in the Spring. The resort has it's own gator at the lagoon behind the resort's restaurant.
