Stylish studio #3, located on historic Market Street; this suite is located in the rear of building, ground floor. New Albany is situated directly across the river From Louisville Ky. It is an easy drive, Prox. 10 minute drive to Louisville. This unit is surrounded by gardens and patios, comfortable space. This studio features a complete kitchen, lg. Shower in bath, washer/dryer, room safe. Plenty of outdoor seating and a grill on the porch.
Our suite provides comfort and the necessities in the most convenient location to help you enjoy your stay. You can access the building anytime after 3 pm on day of check in by using the coded keypad. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
Each unit has its own private entry. The property has an enclosed patio garden area with outdoor grill for coffee in the mornings or conversations with others in the evenings.
New Albany’s charm is captivating. Continuous revitalization enhances especially the downtown area. Develop New Albany is committed to historic recovery along side of modern enhancements. Experience the old and the new.
Plenty of street parking available
Host requires copy of photo ID before sending check in/entry instructions.
Any extra guest(s) that stays without being declared at booking or prior to arrival will be charged$60.00 per person per night.
The Wi-Fi is provided for free. as such, it is not warranted..
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the premises.. Persons violating this condition will be subject to the cost of smoke mitigation and remediation or a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00), whichever is higher. Smoking is allowed outside, however, please do not toss cigarette butts on the ground. Dispose of them in the large garage cans at the rear of the property
