The living room rug was covered in some kind of fur or fuzz of some kind but that wasn’t the end of the world. I did find a pill of some kind in the floor upon arrival, thankfully before my children did. It did make me question the actually cleanliness but overall seemed fairly clean. Our parking pass and arm bands were not in the room and we did not get them until the second day. Thankfully we did not get booted. The elevator situation can be absolutely miserable. The condo itself is very nice and the splash pad especially were great! The condo is well stocked. The host company was only a text away and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I had some concerns about the elevators after reading some of the reviews. And yes, two elevators for a building that large is not enough. But you’re at the beach!!! Chill and wait for the next one. Talk about First World problems, right? You will NOT regret renting Seawinds 802. It had just been remodeled and it is simply gorgeous. There is plenty of space and the beds are so comfy. I normally don’t sleep well away from home, but they definitely spent the extra money on a good mattress for sure. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had four grandchildren with us so I really didn’t feel like going to the grocery store. We took advantage of the Salt & Sunshine package and the groceries were waiting in the condo for us. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The room was clean and ready. There’s nothing better than the family showing up to a clean room and easy check in process, ending with a hug and thank you from the kids. We all loved our balcony view, the pools, and the beach. Everything was nice, elevators were quick and the condo location was great. We loved our stay at Sea Wind!

Great spot on the Beach

Great location, nice condo. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Plenty of room and a great view. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, large balcony, overall really nice. The elevators can be a bit frustrating during high traffic times. Room had a couple cleaning issues upon arrival, though nothing major and we did not reach out to owner/manager about them, just fixed it ourselves. Would rent same place again without hesitation.

Everything was just as shown. It was the perfect condo! There is only 2 elevators so sometimes you had to wait a bit but we werent in hurry to go anywhere. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Seawinds on the Gulf

The condo was true to the listing. Great view from the balcony, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property, Seawinds, only has 2 elevators which made travel up and down difficult and we were often left to use the stairs. Additionally, the balcony could use a power washing.

The condo was beautiful and the people friendly. The splash pad was great for the kids, but I couldn't get in the hot tub since it was packed with kids. The sign said no kids under 4 but nobody was enforcing that. Access to the beach was super easy, and it was super clean.
