Remodeled, charming ocean view studio located within the quiet, safe Regatta Point Villas (25 min from airport), with private balcony overlooking Bolongo Bay. Minutes walk to: -Mim’s Seaside Bistro. Try its famous Lobster dish -Bolongo Bay Beach Resort: swim with sea turtles; snorkel; sunset cocktail cruise; sail to St. John, jet ski, snorkel, kayak -Iggies Restaurant & Bar, live music -The beach: part sand, part rocky but still provides tranquility. -1 queen bed w/ memory foam mattress. My unit has everything you need for a memorable stay. Regatta Point Villas are located on the 12 private acres of Coculus Point with panoramic views that include beautiful sunrises and sunsets, in Bolongo Bay in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Charlotte Amalie is a short 5 minute drive to the west. Red Hook & ferry service to St John & the British Virgin Islands is also only 8 minutes East End.

This was a great stay! Melinda was so responsive and thorough, it really made a difference in making our stay so much easier. There are a lot of nice touches in the condo that really were thoughtful and practical. This is the kind of stay that made us fans of using vrbo in general long ago that seem to have been forgotten over the years with other places, and we appreciate this one for sure, thank you Melinda!

The condo was a great place to stay, either direction we headed, we were in the middle of it all. Brewers beach was our favorite and many things to do and see. Enjoyed the stay.

Very nice getaway.

Very comfortable condo, with amazing ocean bay view from the balcony. As a couple in our 70's the short hike down to and up from the beach was a bit of a challenge, but well worth the effort. A car rental is an absolute must to explore the island.

Awesome stay!!

While most VRBO type rentals give just the basics, this owner really does it right! Tons of towels and beach supplies in a clean and comfortable place. She answered messages so quickly I was really surprised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place or to book it again for myself. The location is great, the view is gorgeous. We made use of the pool every day and oftentimes had it all to ourselves.

Great price, and amazing location!

Melinda was an excellent host! She communicated a ton of very helpful information to us about Saint Thomas and what we needed to do before our trip kicked off, to ensure it was a smooth arrival. Her little spot of heaven was in excellent condition, and had everything we needed available. It was super nice to have some beach items available as well as towels, so we could save some room in our suit cases! All in all it was an incredible vacation and we couldn’t have found a better place for the price. Will definitely recommend to our friends, as an excellent place to stay!

Mermaid Hideaway has a Smart TV, Wifi, Alexa for your enjoyment, books, some games, a toiletries basket in case you forgot something, snorkel equipment, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and much, much more! I look forward to having you experience Mermaid Hideaway and making your stay the best!

Why they chose this property

I chose Regatta Point Bolongo because of the gorgeous views, the sunrises from the balcony, and the sunset you can view on the other side of the complex. It's a small little condo community, very safe, I love being able to walk or run around the complex, and the amenities it offers. I created the space with much love. I want guests to feel comfortable and relaxed when traveling, so I took into consideration what would help make one's stay more satisfying, more enjoyable, and no stress.

As I stated above, Mermaid Hideaway was created with much love. I'm an ER nurse, I always strive to make sure my patients are taken care of above and beyond...Here at Mermaid Hideaway you are my guests and the same thing goes, I want to make sure you enjoy your stay above and beyond!
