Premier coastal home with only steps to Bayview Beach (open for local residents and renters only). This beautiful beach home is designed to offer authentic casual beachside vacation. The house is 2300 sq ft of sun filled open space design, large bedrooms, sky lights, garage, central AC and so much more. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to the most demanding chefs.

This home is perfect for large family get togethers, filled with sun and summer fun by a beautiful beach only a short walk away. Bayview beach is ideal for small kids with extensive low tide. And later, while kids are playing games outside on the large lawn in the backyard or in the living room, the adults can relax on the airy deck with a drink and grill BBQ (both gas and charcoal grills are provided). The deck opens up from the upside-down kitchen (on the second floor) for easy hosting and is equipped with patio furniture incl. bar server. Firepit is available for family smores parties and relaxing by the fire after a hot summer beach day.

All around great!

I stayed for 11 days in September 2023. The house was very clean, bright and airy, comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. I love the location, so close to the water/beach. The outdoor shower was great and a nice plus that I hadn’t thought much about. The owners were extremely responsive. A few minor things came up during my stay and when I reached out to them they got right back to me. I was there during “hurricane Lee” and we communicated before, during and after which was helpful and reassuring. I wanted to extend my stay and they were very accommodating. They seem to truly want you to have a great vacation and they do what they can to make that happen.

Great spot! Easy walk to beach!

Great location - 5 min walk to Mayflower/Bayview Beach. House was well appointed with a wonderful deck and comfortable accommodations. Owners were very responsive and the excellent air conditioning was a nice break from the hot weather :)

Best vacation experience

The home was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near our favorite Mayflower Beach. We really enjoyed the evenings out on the beautiful outdoor deck and all the beach equipment provided by the host. We will definitely come back to this home in the future

A wonderful cape escape

Well-maintained lovely property close to the bay side beaches. Was perfect for our family of 5, although able to accommodate more. The owners were fantastic, the best we've come across in all our years on VRBO. Great communication, very thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommended vacation home, would definitely try to stay here again if we are back on Cape Cod.

Practical suggestions

Advertised as 4bedrooms, actually 3 with a TV room pullout sofa. This property is not steps from the beach, it’s a half mile hike. When renting to guests without children remove the child gate, it makes the stairs difficult to navigate. Provide TV directions. Otherwise the house is light, bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well appointed.
