About this property

House in high standard gated community with natural waterfalls, 1km from the beach

Home located in an upscale condominium with 24 hours security and with a privileged view of both the sea and the Atlantic Forest region. The house has three suites at the bottom and 1 bedroom w / bathroom on the top and also on top of a large balcony overlooking the sea and the beautiful Atlantic Rainforest.
In another room of the house situated at the bottom, there is a large living room with a combined kitchen, American style. As leisure we have a beautiful barbecue, a wood oven pizza, a pool with Jacuzzi and finally a whole house veranda with possibility of networks for consideration of this privileged place.
The condo has natural water waterfalls creating a natural pool for both adults and children, which are situated in the street behind our house in the condominium. Playground for children and a mini mart with outdoor restaurant, visitors can enjoy a special view.

Muito bom! Aconchegante e funcional

Excelente condomínio, casa muito bem planejada, funcional e aconchegante. Paisagem maravilhosa, segurança muito boa. só faltou a hidro estar funcionando, em dias de chuva a escada externa que dá acesso aos quartos de cima se torna perigosa pois não tem cobertura e o acesso a sala, cozinha e churrasqueira se torna molhado. A minha nora caiu na escada e se machucou bastante. Se não chuver não deve haver esse problema. Os proprietários são prestativos e atenciosos. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Elidiane, a casa estava limpa e arrumada. Eu diria que a avaliação são 4 estrelas e meia. Voltaremos com certeza!

Excelente lugar!!!

Ótima casa, localizada em um condomínio muito bonito, seguro, tranquilo e com muito verde... Se você não sair do condomínio, nem irá se lembrar que está na praia... Proprietários da casa são pessoas muito sérias e a caseira é muito receptiva também... enfim, tudo que possa contribuir para um ótimo tempo de férias, sem incômodos ou surpresas indesejadas! Nossa família agradece pelos momentos que nos propiciaram.

Casa ótima, condomínio muito bonito com belo paisagismo. Um pouco afastado do centro de caraguatatuba mas para quem busca tranquilidade sem a agitação do centro da cidade é o local perfeito para uma caminhada, cachoeira e um aconchegante restaurante em meio a vegetação.
