* Three bedroom townhouse (1 en suite downstairs), all rooms with ceiling fan.
* 1 private pool, for the exclusive use of the guests of the house .6,00mx3,00m
* 1 Balcony with barbecue, grill, sink, in front of the pool, with table and chairs.
* 1 Living room with 2 sofas, 1 table, chairs, cable tv (sky),
* 1 American kitchen, with basic utensils (glasses, cutlery, plates, pans), microwave, refrigerator, stove.
* 3 bathrooms (including 1 toilet)

All this within a closed condominium, with concierge and rounds 24h,

* 650m from Cocanha beach .

* When approving the reservation, I contact to send a lease by email, to be filled with the data of all guests (rg, license plate), to authorize the entrance to the concierge of the condominium \ house.

Imóvel agradável

No geral a casa vale muito a pena... Boa localização, casa agradável, quartos espaçosos... Da casa, o único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar são os colchões... Do mais tudo muito bom!
