Under local ordinances, our house is classified as a long-term rental. Therefore, once you have booked our house for a stay of 30 days or fewer, the calendar will be blocked for a period of at least 30 days that includes your stay.

* Close to contest site at Sunset Beach with bikes to avoid contest traffic

* TVs in lounge and both bedrooms (3 total).
* Free onsite parking for one car on side of driveway inside locked gates.
* Two minute bike ride to beach or five minute walk (500 yards)
* Two bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms with door locks.
* Lounge/Dining area with table for dining or a desk and TV.
* Two tables and chairs outside for dining on lanai as per photo.
* Kitchenette with undercounter fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
* Electric grill/bbq kettle on lanai
* Ceiling fans and sliding glass doors from all rooms to lanai.
* Own private access and own private lanai.
* USE OF THE WHOLE OF THE DOWNSTAIRS AND THE LANAI ALL ACROSS THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO.
* Four Bicycles & beach gear & towels provided.
* No pets due to family allergies.
* No parties or visitors.
* Use of washing machine & dryer.
* No stove and no dishwasher. Kitchenette in photos.

Rented out only in the autumn/winter months. (Full house rented out rest of the year on #687687). Only the 4 people listed on the agreement attached may be at the property at any time. Quiet, residential area near Sunset beach to chillax! Owners in top half of house with two separate locked entrances.

Imagine yourself relaxing on the lanai (deck) in a place of peace and tranquility to recharge your batteries.

LANAI: the 400 sq ft private lanai runs across the front of the accommodation, accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms. Outside each bedroom there are 2 chairs and a table for breakfast on the lanai or drinks while you watch the sun set over Kaena Point. There are also sun loungers and an electric kettle barbeque.
OUTDOOR SHOWER – Hot and cold shower with ocean views!
GARDEN – the house is set on a one-acre lot, with lawn out front for kids to enjoy.
PARKING – In front of the house next to the driveway.

CONVENIENCE & COMFORT: We provide bath towels, beach towels, linen, bicycles, portable beach chairs, snorkel and fin sets, beach umbrella, kids buckets & spades and small cooler bags for your cold drinks. Our custom-made beds all have high-end mattresses that make for nights of comfort and rest. High quality fans in the lounge and both bedrooms ensure comfort when the trade breezes are taking a break.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: The North Shore of Oahu has something for everyone. Whether it be surfing, watching the famous Pipe Masters competition in December, visiting the Polynesian Centre, ziplining, playing golf at the Arnold Palmer designed course at Turtle Bay, deep sea fishing, learning to surf, bike riding, shark diving, visiting the Waimea Valley Falls botanical paradise, beach walking, running or visiting the shops in the historic town of Haleiwa 10 minutes drive away, there is something for everyone.

EATING OUT; Eating out is varied and interesting. At Turtle Bay there is Lei-Lei’s on the Golf Course, Roys Restaurant and beach Bar for burgers or a more formal meal, Surfer the Bar with an open-mic night for the talented. Elephant Thai, Fish Tacos, Shrimp, local Hawaiian food and other cuisines at the food truck village at Sharks Cove for outdoor meals and dinners while you watch the sunset. There are about another 20 or so options in Haleiwa town, including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Hawaiian, Seafood etc. If you are cooking at home, Foodland supermarket a short drive away. During Covid business opening hours and availability may change. Follow all government COVID rules.

***LOCAL ORDINANCES: As our house is classified as a long-term rental under local ordinances, only one group of renters will be able to rent it during any 30 day period, although the ordinances do not require that renters actually occupy all or a portion of the house during the 30 day rental period. If you wish your stay to be for a period of fewer than 30 days, or for 30 days or longer, you may book for your desired length of stay. Once you have booked your stay at our house, as required by local ordinances, the rental term will be for a 30 day (or longer) rental period that includes the period of your stay, and the calendar for the house will be blocked for a minimum of 30 days. If your stay is for fewer than 30 days, the rental price for your stay as quoted and agreed will be the rental price for a 30 day rental period (as determined by the owner) that includes the period of your stay.
