This Condo has something for everyone! Terrific for a family get away, business trip, or a group outing to enjoy our spectacular outdoors.

All amenities you need. Brand New Washer/dryer in-suite, High Speed internet, cable, Netflix, full kitchen, luxury hair care products, patio with BBQ, and elegant decor. Play pen, and high chair included for families.

Enjoy a night in the in/outdoor hot tub or curl up on the couch next to the fire for a night of movies.

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

The underground parking is in the large Grande Rockies Building beside our condo. It is easiest to unload at the door then go park, however lots of guests just park on the street as there is usually parking right out front.

DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING IN BUSINESS PARKING

Please go to the North door entrance. There is a keyless entry pin pad to get through the front door

If you choose to use the underground parking the entrance is behind the Grand Rockies all the way to the end on the left. The code is 0522 and the stall is 204 Parkland Private Parking(almost the very end stall underground)
There is an elevator right at your stall, #3 elevator, that will take you to the main floor.

When you come up the elevator instead of walking out the front door look to your left. This is where the pool and hot tub are. The pool entrance will be the first door on the left past the front door. The code is: 2205
(If you are coming through the front door on the Grande Rockies the pool entrance is the hallway on your right then first door on left)

When you check out please take all garbage out (the garbage room is outside underneath of your balcony), ensure all dishes are in the dishwasher and clean, and please put the key for the garbage room and park pass back in the kitchen.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY GARBAGE IN THE HALL WAY OR ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING

Although I do not expect this, it would be very helpful for the cleaners if you start a load of your towels before leaving to cut back on their laundry time. :).

There is body wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner left at the condo for use, please do not take these as they are for all guests :)

Great value stay for Banff area!
We loved our stay at Jady's place in Canmore. The location was perfect, walking distance to the city centre of Canmore and quick access to the highway for day trips to Banff. The pool was a great amenity as well as the underground parking. Jady included a binder with information and instructions which was very helpful. There was some noise in the mornings (around 7-7:30 am) from delivery and garbage trucks but we're early risers so it wasn't an issue. It was warmer than we expected it would be in May so the fan and air conditioning unit were appreciated.

Property was nice, clean and spacious for family of four. Condo had all necessary items and close to restaurants and easy walk to downtown. Pool was in a separate building across street. Balcony view-parking lot. Temperature of condo-had to rely on cool mountain air and have windows open all night as it was very warm and stuffy. As Condo was over commercial space and faced parking lot-it was noisy due to garbage pick up and food delivery trucks at 7am.

What is unique about our location is the set up for the family. We accommodate all ages and try to make stay for parents the easiest possible. We also value the need to highspeed internet and the convenience of a smart tv.
I work in the beauty industry, supplying Canmore and area with luxury spa and salon products. You will find everything in the bathroom high end professional products, which is definitely an added luxury when travelling.
