Very nice house, quiet and peaceful

My husband and I stayed in this him while visiting our daughter and grandchildren in the area. Everything was great, house was clean, property manager was very helpful. It was overall a great stay. I would highly recommend it.

Solar Eclipse

We enjoyed the 2024 total Solar Eclipse from the front of the property. It was a perfect place to enjoy it. No crowds no issues. We went on a hike at Pickle Springs Nature Area after the event. Farmington is near by to drop in and grab some food or coffee. Perfect place for the two days to get away from it all.

The house is beautiful and so spacious! I used it for getting ready with my girls for my wedding day and it was full of natural light and beautiful backdrops! I would totally recommend that anyone getting married next store at Pebble Creek Farm rent this house to have for the weekend!

Fantastic Wedding Weekend Stay

We booked this house for the weekend of my daughters wedding at Pebble Creek. It was perfect! All the girls in the wedding stayed the night on Friday and used the house for hair and makeup Saturday morning. There is lots of space for plenty of people and great lighting in the bathrooms for makeup. We even had s’mores around the fire pit outside. It was a blast. We would definitely recommend!

The house and grounds are amazing. Perfectly decorated and all the space you could need. There were indeed some toiletries supplied along with trash bags, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The only negatives I have for this space are being a little far from most things (my own fault for not researching better) and dishes out of the cabinets not being clean. I am for sure recommending to any friends looking for space in this area.

Experience was great except for instructions on operating tv, fan light and fireplace. We also needed more hangars. The shower head in the master had lime build up due to area. Just needs cleaned more frequently. These are all minor things. We really were impressed with the quality of the property and the quiet surroundings. Would go back again

Nice house for a girls weekend to relax and get away. The weather was not great so we just stayed at the house. If we would go back I would like to see the parks and other things around there. Saw turkeys, and ducks. Nice clean property.

Sorry easy check in, easy access to property. Google maps has a little confusion with the address, but that was easy enough to figure out. Quiet and pretty area. Good communication as well, would definitely stay there again.

It was the perfect location to the wedding venue next door (Pebble Creek Farm). All the bridesmaids and mothers (9 ladies) had their makeup and hair professionally done in the spacious kitchen the morning of the wedding. The living room was spacious as well. It was very clean. Having 3 bedrooms worked out great. Property owners were prompt in responding to a small issue we had. I would highly recommend.

Nice but not clean and no response from manager

Property was ok but not clean. Dishes and silverware dirty. Floors had unclean spots. Spot on rug. Dusty and just generally not cleaned well. Eg crackers and other misc behind couch. Found when trying to get lamp to work. Oven so dirty it smoked up the place when we used it. Tub also barely drained when used. Could not get in at first. Called and emailed owner with no reply. We did finally figure out how to get in. If not I guess we would have never gotten in because it is three days later and they have never contacted us to check. I would not stay again
