The studio is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The huge studio has a view over Bucharest. At night you can see the lights of the illuminated city from the balcony and watch Lake Morii. The studio is luxuriously furnished. High-quality German parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with BOSCH Home-Connect appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave and steam function, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a black / white high-gloss kitchen. The apartment has a south-facing balcony with seating. The apartment is fully e-home, all functions can be controlled via an Apple home pod, e.g. the heating, the air conditioning, the Apple sound system brings all kinds of hits with Apple Music Music. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower. The electronic door lock from Yale facilitates access via touchpad and the elevator gives you direct access to the underground car park.
