Landing View 203 with private rooftop terrace

Welcome to our tropical oasis! Our spacious townhome has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the outdoor living space on the rooftop terrace with a hammock, BBQ, and outdoor sitting areas. Board games, WiFi, and cable are also provided for your entertainment. Our laundry room with a washer and dryer allows you to pack light. You`ll stay cool and comfortable with A/C in the living room and all bedrooms. Our master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a large bathroom, while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and a shared bath.

We`re just a short walk from the beach but located in a quiet area away from the noise of the nightlife. The street to the beach is flat, so no need to navigate steep hills. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Our townhome offers 2306 square feet of living space and is located in a gated community. You can also take advantage of shared swimming pool and clubhouse facilities, as well as three parking spaces.

Our gated community also has a swimming pool and outdoor gazebo area with bathrooms and an outdoor shower. In case of a power outage, no need to worry – our property is equipped with a generator and water reserve for your comfort.

As your host, I will be available for any questions or concerns during your stay. However, I respect your privacy and will only interact with you as much as you prefer. You`ll be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy during your stay, including surfing, paddleboarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, sail charters, snorkeling, and more. Don`t miss the farmer`s market every Sunday and the art walk every Thursday. I highly recommend renting a car to explore all that our beautiful island has to offer.

Please remember that this is a vacation home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and let us know if any issues arise during your stay and we will do our best to address them promptly. We do not supply extra toiletries, so please plan accordingly.

Jennifer Lopez was a very good host and promptly responded to all issues. However, there were issues. Hallway light to the roof top terrace did not work and could not be repaired during our stay. The wall by the head of the bed in the master bedroom was wet and moldy and mold stains on the pillows, which caused respiratory problems. Once identified, it was promptly cleaned. Fortunately we able to use another bedroom for the balance of our stay.

Quiet but Close

Nice neighborhood, quiet but only a 3 minute walk to Sandy beach. Many restaurants nearby, several within walking distance. Bedrooms and beds comfortable, very nice 3rd floor terrace. Master bath unusual as it has no door and shower stall is essentially a freestanding tub (no walks) with a shower current surrounding it. Kitchen well stocked but no dishwasher. Perfect size for up to 6 people.

Back to our favorite neighborhood

We have rented in landing view several times over the past 10 years visiting Rincon and I have to stay this unit was one of the nicest. Well appointed, clean and loved the roof top. My only suggestions would be new pillows for the bedrooms and a mattress pad for the master bed. Back was starting to hurt by the end of the week.

Perfect girls trip

Really nice townhouse! Safe location and super close to a great beach. Property manager was quick to come change lightbulbs in the bathroom and hot water. Only requests would be to have more bath towels/washcloths and a new coffee pot as the glass bottom was taped up and leaked. The terrace was AMAZING and it really is close to some fun places.

Great Condo Steps from Beach

Loved this condo. The rooftop deck is everything. You can even sit on it when there are rain showers because part of it is covered. The property manager was always helpful. It seriously takes about 2 minutes to walk to the most gorgeous beach. Quick walk into town for restaurants and bars too. Loved this place

Great Beach Villa and Customer Support

Nicely Appointed Beach Front Villa. Brand new appliances and comfortable beds and furniture. I stayed many times in the biggest and fanciest complex of the area. This spacious villa was in the best shape ever, located at a cozy and well maintained complex. All new appliances and great assorted rooftop terrace. It does not seem like a home rental. The level of service and the quality of the property compares with my experience at Hilton or Disney Operated Villas. Great service from the host.
