A newly remodeled 2-bedroom/1-bath, fully furnished with hotel-style mattresses. A great location for game-day stays as it is just one mile from Owens Field Stadium. You can just walk or book an Uber to the big game. There is a park/playground within walking distance.

Safe location. You are less than a mile from the OU Stadium and Campus on a commercial street. Campus, Campus Corner, Downtown Norman, and the highway are easily accessible. Close to Norman Regional Hospital.
The apartment is on the campus/city bus line. Uber is always available. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Parking is available. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. A sanitizing kit is also provided in the apartment. The Pool is seasonal and will remain closed till May.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.

No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.
