Serena is a family design and has large rooms and lots of outdoor loving space with ability to sleep up to 10 people. This house has ocean views from every bedroom, the kitchen and living room. A unbeatable option for a smart family vacation.

Renter beware

The property is poorly maintained. The lounge chairs by the pool are an accident waiting to happen. We did not use them. The pool area is in grave need of cleaning/water spraying. The floor is a nest for mildew. The quality of linen in beddings and towels is so poor. There are no toiletries provided. The shower curtain in the master bedroom was gross with mildew.

Fantastic quite ocean view home

Really super happy with this vacation rental inside the Rancho Santana development. Quick two minute drive from the house to the hotel-clubhouse area. Fantastic food at the two restaurants there. Amazing place to sit around the pool along the ocean. The house was super super clean. Had everything you could ask for. The pool was perfectly placed to view the ocean in the distance. Very very quite. Rob and David and the lady who all helped us check in fast and smoothly were top professionals. I did not catch the ladys name but she keeps that house in super clean condition. We stayed three nights and on the second day I re booked the house again for a stay in December.
