La location est grande et fonctionnelle, mais pas dans la grande qualité. La nouvelle cuisine est tout à fait fonctionnelle. La cafetière a dû être changée, ce qui a été fait très rapidement (très appréciable). Les meubles sont vieux , les matelas peu confortables et l'ensemble manque d'investissement locatif. La piscine est très bien, la maison reste très belle et bien située. Au calme tout en étant à 15 minutes à pieds des commodités et de la plage. Les climatisations (indispensables) sont parfaites pour bien se reposer. On est sur des prix élevés pour la haute saison par rapport au standing... Mais c'est comme ça un peu partout. C'est une location très bien si vous cherchez de la facilité, proximité sans vous attardée sur la qualité des équipements.

Looks better on the pictures than it is in real...

Nice pool and house but the kitchen was a whole nightmare... Few working devices, dirty plates and cheap equipment. No AC in the house, the Wifi had to be purchased separately. We had also ordered bed sheets and towels in advance, however, the bed sheets didn't fit the pillows and blankets. The barbeque was more like a fireplace and very hard to handle. Warm water was not available at the beginning. We wouldn't have mind these circumstances if we had been told by the agency but unfortunately they didn't seem to their own house very well:(

Bon séjour. La villa est conforme à l'annonce.

La prestation proposée est conforme à nos attentes, la villa est de qualité avec tous le confort nécessaire. L'environnement était très appréciable les 10 premiers jours, par contre à compter du mardi 18 juillet, des forains se sont installés juste en face de la villa sur un grand terrain vague, ce qui a fortement ternis la fin de notre séjour avec des nuisances et des va et vient incessant de voitures et de camions.

Brisson de votre réponse Vos commentaires nous aident à nous améliorer. nous savions que la villa est bien mais que pendant les fêtes locales à Miami il y a du bruit quand il y a des attractions à proximité, mais nous ne pouvons rien faire dans cet aspect salutations Henriette Brull Miami Locattions
