We welcome you to come and enjoy our often updated unit on the 8th floor at the fantastic Majestic Beach Resort. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay.

This unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 6 with 4 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full bed with its own flat screen TV perfect for adults, teens, or younger children (no bunks). The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach with no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features plank and tile flooring with fun soothing colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the property SaltAir.

Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and 1 large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to; there’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; arcade & game room; a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. All this is on-site, but you can also enjoy area restaurants, bars, and more only a short walk away in the Shoppes at Edgewater plaza; and you’re only a short drive and moments from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining center, there’s every local water sport you can imagine; and we’re only 25 minutes from the airport.

Great place on perfect part of Panama City Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would definitely rent again. The beach at PC can’t be beat with blue water and white sand.

Easter week

I was nervous booking Easter week with it being so close to spring break. I would rather less crowds and our stay was perfect. It was one adult and 4 teenagers. We had plenty enough room. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in the perfect location. It was close to everything. We rented a boat and went to shell island for the day, my son went scuba diving, and the kids stayed on the road going to pier park, the bowling alley, and all the surf shops. Everything we did was with in 15 minutes to the condo. Walmart delivers right to the door which is another added bonus. Communication with Ana (owner) was very easy and she responded with in minutes. I am already planning my next trip back. Just an FYI she owns the co do right next to Thai one. And my parents just the two of them rented it and it was also perfect. Well stocked with everything you need.

Waves and Escapes

Our whole family is operating school/work virtually so we figured why not do it from the beach? This property was perfect for all of us to do our work and be right next to all the things we wanted to do outdoors. Weather was perfect and no crowds so we felt safe but not isolated. Very comfortable and roomy condo as well as very good proximity to stores, restaurants, attractions. Would stay again!

Just what we needed!

This property was even better than the listing! the rooms were clean, the furniture is comfy and the view is amazing! The elevator is right outside the front door, so that is convenient. It was noisy at times but only for those in the front bedrooms and it really wasn't very much. The beach was never very busy so we always had our pick of a good spot! parking and unloading was a cinch! For it being "peak spring break" during our stay, I would say we couldn't tell at all! We would definitely choose this place again.

Vacation at the beach

Ana was amazing to work with. The condo was clean and well stocked. The property had plenty of pool options for our group. The bar and grill had a variety of food and drinks. The movie theater wasn’t open due to technical difficulties. The market onsite was very handy. The only complaints are the elevators are slow and there are not enough for the capacity of the buildings. There is also a bar across the street that was very noisy. These are clearly not things Ana cannot comtrol. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful vacation

We had a Great time. The condo was perfect for our family. 2 adults 4 kids. Nice and clean. The owners do a lovely job of making you feel welcome. They have a starter kit of laundry detergent, soaps, shampoo, TP and more, so you don’t feel like you have to run to the store the moment you get there. Ana was a pleasure to work with. Great location ! Near many restaurants. Harpoon Harry’s, pineapple willys, hammerhead Fred’s, just to name a few within a mile and all had good food. If I had to give a complaint it would be smokers on the beach. Wish it could be outlawed- but nothing the owners could do about that. 😉

Cleanliness

The property manager was great and communication was amazing. Access to enter was easy and nice location. The only issue was the cleanliness of one of the bathrooms. It had a lot of mold and we did send photos and attempted to clean but the mold was so bad we couldn’t get the area clean. We ended up only utilizing one bathroom due to this issue which caused some issues. Thankfully we were only staying Friday-Sunday so we made it work. Communication regarding the cleanliness was made and discussed with the owner so hopefully this won’t be a further issue for future guests.

Nice week at the Beach

Pros: The host is wonderful - answers messages promptly and is very easy to work with.- Location is great. Close to good restaurants and shopping.- Spacious unit: Our family of five stayed here. Our kids are 21, 18 and 13 and we all had enough space and never felt like we were on top of each other.- Various access points to the beach.- Pool area is nice.Cons:- Unit needs some remodeling. The vanity cabinet in the shared bathroom is rotting. The area around the dishwasher is also rotting. Cabinets are peeling. Lots of moisture.- The main bedroom mattress needs replacing. It slopes towards the middle and I always felt like I was rolling into the middle. Bring your own pillows if you want additional cushion.- The refrigerator looks like rust has dripped down the door...a new refrigerator with an ice maker would be a game changer.- The pictures on Majestic's website of the pool area are a little misleading. Great photographer made the main pool look MUCH bigger than it actually is.Nothing to do with the unit per se, but the number of canopy tents set up on the beach beginning at 5:00 AM got a little overwhelming. We ended up walking half a mile down the beach just to find space...at 8:00 in the morning. I thought beach vacations were supposed to be relaxing...not "survival of the fittest"!-Check in time apparently varies among units. Don't think you can get in one minute before 4:00. Elevators packed and slow.Overall - a nice week w/family on the beach.

Perfect

I walked in looked at the view and cried bc it was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, it had everything you would need to cook most meals. The location was great and getting in and out of the property was so much better than other condos we’ve stayed at. The security was top notch too. We loved seeing security guards walking the property checking for blue bands and enforcing rules (pool rules mostly). The kids played with the games and the adults spent the evenings on the balcony. Sometimes the highway traffic would get loud enough for us to hear in the front bedrooms but it was spring break so noise was expected. Everyone was so tired it never kept the kids or my mom awake. 10/10 would recommend. We’re planning to try and book next year too.

Overall a family friendly environment with easy beach access and pools. Unit is nice but high traffic/wear is apparent. Cleaning crew could’ve been a bit more attentive to mold spots in the shower but not a deal breaker as cleaning solution was available.

Started off extremely rocky due to the cleanliness of the bedding. The owner is not local and did compensate for the inconvenience. The condo has a wonderful view and thought was given to the decro. A new cleaning crew is needed and all would be perfect.

Iron and table top ironing board both broken . Had to go buy since owner’s reply was she would add it to her shopping list. We brought our own dishes, utensils, pots, beach chairs, etc and glad we did. They need a better cleaning service. Dryer had inch thick lint on screen. Grime in washer under seal needs cleaning.Registering car especially rental difficult and costly and never checked or verified while there. Too many other places to choose from. Keep looking!
