We welcome you to come and enjoy our often updated unit on the 8th floor at the fantastic Majestic Beach Resort. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay.

This unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 6 with 4 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full bed with its own flat screen TV perfect for adults, teens, or younger children (no bunks). The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach with no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features plank and tile flooring with fun soothing colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the property SaltAir.

Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and 1 large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to; there’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; arcade & game room; a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. All this is on-site, but you can also enjoy area restaurants, bars, and more only a short walk away in the Shoppes at Edgewater plaza; and you’re only a short drive and moments from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining center, there’s every local water sport you can imagine; and we’re only 25 minutes from the airport.
