Located conveniently just minutes away from tubing at the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River; less than a mile to the Canyon Lake Dam, and just a 5 minute drive to the boat ramp; 3 miles from The Preserve - it is a perfect setting to relax and enjoy with family and friends.

Highlights of this two story 5BR/ 4 1/2 bath are; master suit with attached bath down stairs, and 4 additional bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of dining space for 8 plus an additional 4 extra seats at the bar counter. The house also features a bar area with ice maker-machine and mini fridge.

Covered patio has sitting lounge area, table, a six burner gas grill so you can enjoy evening cookouts; and there is a fire pit for you to make some S’mores and relax.

This home sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. King size in master, Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and full bunk beds with a trundle for additional sleeping.

Don’t forget to visit nearby attractions like, Whitewater Amphitheater, local restaurants (Granny D’s has some awesome breakfast!), Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and Gruene Hall Historic District in New Braunfels to name a few.

We enjoyed the Modern farmhouse decor, the comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen as well as the patio seating. The floor plan is great for several couples or a large family. The separate bar with ice maker was great for our pre and post wedding celebrations. The property is ideal for those going to a wedding at The Preserve.

Canyon lake/river trip

This house is absolutely stunning!!! It has everything you need and simple instructions of how to leave it. We would definitely rent again. The location is perfect!! A quick walk to the dam, a five minute drive to the marina, and a 10 minute drive to put in for a river float. It made our trip perfect!!

Perfect home to host my son and daughter-n-laws baby shower. The house and location defiantly look better in person than the pictures. Plenty of space, kitchen was well equipped and it was just beautiful! Very clean and welcoming. The home owners were very accommodating in any questions or requests I had. This house completely surpassed our expectations. Very clean, very modern, and very big. Incredible kitchen (I loved every second of cooking in it). Would 100% rent again for all of these reasons in addition to easy river access and access to towns like Gruene.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

We were in the Canyon Lake area for my daughter's wedding at The Preserve at Canyon Lake. We picked this property because it was close to the venue and had enough space for the family to gather. The outdoor patio was very comfortable with plenty of seating, a large gas grill and a fire pit. The kitchen and living area were also spacious and well appointed. The five bedrooms and four and a half baths gave everyone plenty of space to relax. There's also lots of parking space. The communication with the owner was great. The house was very clean and ready for us on our arrival. As an added bonus, we got to watch the young deer feeding in the front lawn each morning and evening. I highly recommend this property.

Senior Ladies reunion

I have stayed in rental properties for over 30 years... this is by far one of the best houses I have ever rented anywhere. We wanted for nothing the owners have thought of everything..it was so perfect for our group. I usually have a list of things that need attention ...not this time. The only thing that might of been a help to us were some manuals on the appliances and TV. Being very senior ladies we found walking on the nice looking rocks a bit difficult. This is a beautiful home, super clean, and well maintained.

Weekend at Canyon Lake

This is a beautiful home, exactly as shown in the listing (if not better). It is very nicely furnished throughout, has a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and several great gathering spaces (indoors and outdoors, although unfortunately given the time of year we didn’t use the outdoors). The icing on the cake was the lovely, and unexpected, Christmas decorations. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend this home
