Love the decor and cleanliness of the property! Floorplan works great for bringing kids! We loved the balcony, although it does overlook the parking lot in addition to the pool. Quick pool access was great though! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo on Tybee Island

The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach access requires a short, but goregous nature walk.

The condo was beautiful. Perfect location for families with children. Pools were great and easy access to the beach. Also, short drive to the downtown area.

Great beach house!

This was a great location. Loved taking walks on the beach each morning. Savannah was a short drive away for site seeing. Only complaint - there weren’t any beach towels or chairs.

Great Stay

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is awesome with easy beach access and close to many local bars/restaurants/shopping. The only watch-out for are the steps so be cautious if you have any health issues that prohibit steps. Besides that, very nice place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 on our first visit to Tybee Island! We had to do a late check in and the rental company made that a very easy process. The condo was clean, just the right size, and well-situated on the island. We loved having the pools available, especially after we got stung by jellies in the ocean a couple of days.

Beautiful Property

The unit was spacious and clean with a huge balcony. We had all the comforts of home. We were able to park both of our pick up trucks under the building with plenty of room to spare. The pool was just steps away but the beach was a bit of a walk. This was a beautiful unit.

Great location away from the Hustle and bussle

Located on the Northside of the island. Yes you might have to drive to restaurants but a golf cart rental fixes that. We knew our way around the island well. A park is a 5-8 minute walk away. Definitely stay there again.

Lovely property but be prepared for stairs

The property was beautiful and clean but my one word of caution is that there lot of stairs and no elevator so not very handicap friendly. Would stay again.

Tybee beach 2025

The property has everything u need and very clean. The owners are responsive and overall highly rate the property and accommodations. The beach however was not so great- not groomed, lots shells and rough - long hike out over the dunes which since I run isn't a big deal but elderly or handicapped should not stay here. The water was murkier than expected coming from the inlet. The better beach was drivable but packed and no parking. The locals were so friendly and found a few great places downtown.

Great find!

We were pleasantly surprised at how close the beach was, and the showers near the boardwalk / path to the beach was very helpful to clean off sand before getting back to the condo. Everything was neat and clean and in good working order. We had no trouble going the few places we went and enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient to the few tourist places we wanted to see.

The property was great. Very clean, updated and fully stocked for items we might need on our trip. It was quiet and not crowded… exactly what I was looking for in a vacation. The two large pools and small baby pool were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. The beach was a decent hike away, but worth it once we got there. My only suggestion would be to add some blackout curtains to help in sleeping late or an afternoon nap. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we were very pleased with the process, unit and location. The unit was very clean and decorated very cute. We had 1 issue with the lock on the sliding glass door but the property manager came very quickly to resolve it so we were very pleased.

large balcony with pool view

Condo was nice and as pictured on listing. Wonderfully large balcony with pool view, and close walk to beach. Check in email had some inaccurate information but it was easy to straighten out. The only downside to our stay was that the upstairs unit is very loud, you can hear every step.

Lighthouse point

The gate was open when we got there. On Saturday the gate was down and the only problem we had was the gate key did not work when we came back..luckily there was someone behind us that had a touch code to let us in.
