Welcome!

This quaint 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom single level home is nestled on Anna Maria Island.

The master suite has a king-sized bed with plenty of closet space. The full bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a portable queen-sized bed available for guests as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer white appliances which includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room area has nice couches and chairs and also has dining space for four. There is a full-sized washer and dryer on the property as well as plenty of off-street parking.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Bedroom Layout: #1 king bed, #2 two twin beds. Sleeps 4

There is a private back patio with a full-sized propane grill to use and plenty of space for relaxation in the available lounge chairs.

This wonderfully quaint property is just minutes away from dozens of shops and restaurants of all kinds.

Nice vacation in a quiet location

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location with convenient access to the beach. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, responsive property management. Simple contactless checkin and checkout.

Great location and property management

This is a very cosy and comfortable cottage very close to a quiet part of the beach. It has everything you need. Zita the manager was very responsive when i had internet issues (fixed).

Great Stay and Great Location

We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island. Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point.

Needs some love

The location, 4 doors from the beach, on 81st street was great. The place was quiet. Unfortunately, there was an awkward layout that wasn’t obvious with the promotional pictures, and several broken, missing fixtures. Outdoor cushions were faded and dirty. Pergola was old and rotting. We were told, after sending a list of items needing repair/replacement, that the place would be renovated beginning the following week. Would be nice to receive a demo discount. Love Realty should be more careful in accurately presenting their rental properties

Shabby and very worn.

So many things need to be done to this unit starting with new linens and towels, decent lighting in the kitchen (no window in kitchen), clean pots and pans, paint old, , peeling front door, wrought iron outdoor furniture needs to be spray painted, sliding glass bedroom door doesn’t slide. We paid a premium for this rental and feel grossly over charged!! Only good thing is the location!!

Great home and great proximity to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location couldn’t be any better with just a short walk to the beach. The cleanliness of the home was superb!
