Christmas stay

We needed a place that was dog friendly and handicap accessible for when my father in law came over for Christmas dinner. The backyard was amazing for our dogs and our family loved being able to be outside to enjoy the holiday. Wish the outdoor heaters had worked but the propane was out and there was a shortage In Austin but the fire pit was amazing. We loved our visit. The little touches like the Christmas tree and the lights made it feel like home.

My daughter bought a lawn chair so I could sit down.

To get better electric bill need to change air filter. We could use another bed for our grown children. They slept with grandchildren. Having knee replacements couch too low. Dining chairs to high. But we rented house because of the yard for our grandchildren.

Great location

We were close to all activities on Lake Travis, the place was clean and spacious enough for anything less than 8 people. The backyard was lovely and the sitting area outside was our favorite part. Overall a great stay.

Good location in terms of short driving distance to Lake Travis. Main areas for sleeping was a master bed and a bunk bed. Bunk bed was not as comfortable. Good housing for up to 4 -5 people.

Our group had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, lots of space for all of our guests and in a great location. The host helped us find a great local rideshare for the weekend that made the stay a breeze!

This is a great home. Big back yard for dogs and kids to play. Great place to enjoy Lake Travis!!

The owner was very responsive to all of my emails. She worked with us as we needed a place for a long term rental which made for a great stay! If you want to be close to Lake Travis and plan on spending your days there this is a great home for that. Would highly recommend staying here!!

We enjoyed are stay here. We loved the big backyard and playground and kids toys on this property. Everything was very clean and the owner was quick on getting back to me on any questions we had. We would definitely book her again.

Perfect for a young family and pets

We found this property to be as expected. Tidy and perfect for a young family, especially with children. It is truly just a landing pad; While you may be able to squeeze 9 in to sleep it definitely doesn't host 9. However I would absolutely recommend this property when visiting Austin/Lake Travis. The backyard, even though unfortunately it isn't fenced, is massive and perfect for dogs and kids to run and play. Property was conveniently located near several parks for trail walking (plan 15-30 minutes to get most anywhere). You can access the river in about 10 minutes but lake access for swimming and playing in the water was about 30 minutes away - at least during COVID closures. Note again that the property does not host 9 people and is more suited for a couple with children.
