A problem with the hot water heater was discovered upon our arrival Friday afternoon and reported to the property manager. He immediately addressed the issue and had a crew repair the hot water tank within several hours on Friday evening. Great timely response - having no hot water would have ruined our weekend trip! Online listing says no bed linens/ towels or Wifi provided - we were pleasantly surprised to find all of these were provided! Our family had a great time staying at this cabin. Spacious kitchen / dining area plus clean and comfortable rooms!

From the Owner: "Thank you so much for the positive review. I am very happy to hear you enjoyed yourself. We are always trying to update and take care of our property. We take a lot of pride in making sure our guests have a positive experience."
We’ve been coming here for our annual outing for over 20 years (with the exception of the last 2 years) We’ve seen the cabin change hands a couple of times over the years.
The new owner(s) have made some nice improvements to the interior which were long over due.
Another classic #10 stay is now in the books for us and we are already looking forward to going back next year. We have a long history here and hopefully many more chapters are waiting to be written at our beloved #10.
We miss and remember our buddy Marty.
Regards,
Brian, John & Billy
It was a nice place to stay with friends. Kitchen was well stocked. Power went out for three hours which was a little of an inconvenience. Campground didn’t want us on their property. Kids had a nice yard to play in. I would stay here again if in that area.

Nice outdoor space
This was a great place to gather. We had family staying in the Red Oaks Campground, plus some of us in the house, and the covered porch fit all of us nicely.
Only reason that our rating isn't a 5 is that the neighbor across the street was less than friendly. He presented himself as though he had authority over the house, however, did not introduce himself and was rude. We were not upset with the reason he came over, just in his approach and rudeness. An introduction and explanation were all that was needed to have had a positive interaction.
We had lots of outdoor fun with campfires, cornhole, biking and kayaking on the reservoir (only 3 miles from the house to put a boat in). Enjoyed our stay!
Pretty comfortable and well appointed. It has all the essentials for a comfortable stay
While not remote as it has neighboring cabins and a campground, it was actually good because the campground has children’s playing facilities and a swimming pool.
The darkness of the night is great. We’ve seen so many stars!
A great shaded lot in the woods, yet with lots of space in the yard. We spent most of our time fishing the reservoir, but when we were at the cabin, our time was spent outside on the covered porch or in the yard playing games. The circle drive made an easy in-and-out while pulling a boat .
