We stayed with Beth and Tim..All of our needs were met, and everything was wonderful...The location, just outside of Springfield in the country, yet close to town....We would return without hesitation!!

Came home late and there were no outside lights on to see the code for the door. Once inside light switches didn’t work and couldn’t see in the pitch black to find how to turn the fan lights on. There is a quiet time from 10pm-7am but at 4:30 am other guests were banging around for over an hour while their dog barked the entire time.

It was a true home away from home and we will absolutelybe back! I adored the cozy atmosphere and the host was quick in response should we need anything along the way. Most of all, it felt like we were another world away, so this makes a perfect local getaway! I highly reccomend this place in a heartbeat

The studio apt was fine. No view from inside, but outside was nice. The important thing for other travelers to know is that there are a lot of steps to get to this property; most without a railing (but next to the bigger apt and house so you can use those walls) and one rather high step. This made carrying luggage in a bit of a challenge. We stayed for 3 nights and were gone during the daytime so the apt served our purpose.

On the Edge (Country Setting)

The country setting is very tranquil yet you are not far from shopping and restaurants. The lodging is very comfortable and accommodating. The host are very congenial and helpful. We had a great time and will be back.

Didn’t want to leave

My daughter needed a place in Springfield near the college for an early class. This place was perfect! Very nice, cute, and quiet! The host was great, very accommodating, and quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend as well as stay again!

Excellent room for a weekend trip to Springfield.

Neat little spot. Private, quiet, and right down the road from the mall. Everything you would need (minus a kitchen for cooking) and cozy. The water smells terrible, which of course the property owner can’t help, just an fyi.

Peace Among the City

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. It was very peaceful and we were extremely surprised just how close to Springfield we were. It was clean and quiet and having a washer/dryer right there, was PERFECT! July is such a hot humid month and the washer/dryer came in real handy. Shower pressure is also amazing.

What a beautiful property! My unit was clean and perfect for what i needed. The location makes you feel like you’re in the country but it’s shockingly close to everything! I liked how safe I felt with the gated entry. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my loved ones.

Beautiful view

My husband was there on business and I came along to relax. It was a beautiful property and I always felt safe with the gated property. There was a large lot for my dog and I to walk. The owners were very responsive to all of our needs. The view was great. Very close to everything that we needed but felt like I was back out in the country which this farm girl enjoyed. Thank you for a very peaceful and enjoyable trip.

Fees were added after commitment to stay was made. I not sure If that was Vrbo or host. However, Advertising for place was not accurate as included pics of basketball court but after commitment, in the welcome message they said it was not included. Stay was ok but poor lighting and heating/ac was horrible. Did not sleep well due to over heating. Would not stay here again.
