It was a true home away from home and we will absolutelybe back! I adored the cozy atmosphere and the host was quick in response should we need anything along the way. Fees were added after commitment to stay was made. I not sure If that was Vrbo or host. However, Advertising for place was not accurate as included pics of basketball court but after commitment, in the welcome message they said it was not included. Stay was ok but poor lighting and heating/ac was horrible. Did not sleep well due to over heating. Would not stay here again.

We never added fees they broke every house rule we had including going into other units that they were not suppose to. Would not rent to them again

I WAS A LITTLE UPSET THAT I COULD NOT CHECK IN UNTIL 2:30, AND I WAS THERE FOR A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING, AND THE MEETING WAS AT THE SAME TIME 2:30..SO I COULD NOT EVEN FRESHEN UP BEFIORE MY MEETING... THE MEETING WENT WELL INTO THE NIGHT AND I GOT THERE AND COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHERE MY ROOM WAS, UNTIL SOME LADY CAME OUT AND HELPED ME. I PICKED THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT WAS BEAUTIFUL, AND I WANTED A PLACE WHERE MY SISTERS COULD COME VISIT ME, BUT I WAS TOLD THER WAS NO WHERE FOR THEM TO PARK. AND THEN WHEN I LEFT IN THE MORNING, WE COULD NOT GET THE GATE OPENED UNTILL MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO AND PUNCH IN THE CODE LIKE YOU WIOULD TO ENTER... ALSO, THE AMENTIES SAID THER WOULD BE A ITTLE SNACK, AND THERE WAS NOTHING BUT WATER AND COFFEE . I WILL ADMT IT WAS A BEUTIFUL PLACE, BUT I PROBABLY WONT COME BACK....

We told them in advance they could Not check in early due to other guest and cleaning. Also they did not read the instructions on the gate and to back up to activate the automatic opener. Guest just did not read anything we sent them on instructions and house rules.

On the Edge (Country Setting)

The country setting is very tranquil yet you are not far from shopping and restaurants. The lodging is very comfortable and accommodating. The host are very congenial and helpful. We had a great time and will be back.

My daughter needed a place in Springfield near the college for an early class. This place was perfect! Very nice, cute, and quiet! The host was great, very accommodating, and quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend as well as stay again!

Excellent room for a weekend trip to Springfield.

Neat little spot. Private, quiet, and right down the road from the mall. Everything you would need (minus a kitchen for cooking) and cozy. The water smells terrible, which of course the property owner can’t help, just an fyi.

Peace Among the City

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. It was very peaceful and we were extremely surprised just how close to Springfield we were. It was clean and quiet and having a washer/dryer right there, was PERFECT! July is such a hot humid month and the washer/dryer came in real handy. Shower pressure is also amazing.

What a beautiful property! My unit was clean and perfect for what i needed. The location makes you feel like you’re in the country but it’s shockingly close to everything! I liked how safe I felt with the gated entry. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my loved ones.

Beautiful view

My husband was there on business and I came along to relax. It was a beautiful property and I always felt safe with the gated property. There was a large lot for my dog and I to walk. The owners were very responsive to all of our needs. The view was great. Very close to everything that we needed but felt like I was back out in the country which this farm girl enjoyed. Thank you for a very peaceful and enjoyable trip.

The air conditioner was just a normal unit not loud at all newer actually. There was no trace of any ants when cleaning before or after nor was that mentioned during there stay. They said they enjoyed staying

Come enjoy the beautiful quiet view of the country side but only 5 min away from the mall or movies. A pet dog is allowed but must select the pet fee. There is only 1 parking spot for this unit and quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
