Great location, could do with some sprucing up!

Great location, so close to the beach and creek. The house is a little old and could do with some modern touches eg smart tv, coffee machine etc. Phone reception and wifi are very very slow. Comfortable main bedroom. Rosetta was very responsive and easy to deal with.
