Luxury apartment near the sea with magnificent views of the Mediterranean (Africa), Rincon de la Victoria and the bay of Malaga. It is ideal for people who want peace and quiet combined with a breathtaking view, proximity to the beach and the cultural and gourmet city Malaga.
-20 minutes from the airport and the old town of Malaga
-10 minutes walk to the beach
-Top equipment
Due to the proximity to the old town of Malaga (15 minutes by car) it is a good idea to visit the gourmet and museum city and enjoy the interesting nightlife. The accommodation is approximately 200m ² and has its own pool, garden and entrance. The most impressive is the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the skyline of Rincon. With a clear view you can also see Africa. You are in a quiet urbanization, close to life pulse and yet isolated. It is very child friendly. The apartment is on one floor
The outdoor facilities (approx. 200m²) are for the sole use of the tenants and are on one level with the luxury apartment.
Here is the pool with lawn, the terrace with a dining table for 6 people, a lounge corner and the outdoor kitchen with grill. A pergola provides sun protection. The panoramic view is breathtaking.
