Our family home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Walk to grocery or coffee shop. Bike to beach, or drive 10 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz or Capitola Village. Easy highway access but not near highway. Fully furnished with child’s room+bathroom, master suite+bathroom, and detached 1/1. Gas range, dishwasher, large screen TV, and high-speed wifi. Private lush back garden with water feature, irrigation and hot tub. Treehouse with spiral stairwell. Smart home features throughout. Close to parks, trails and swim center. Minimum 4 week rental.
