Great Little place in the heart of the city

The place is absolutely fantastic and Dilma is a great host. Extremely friendly always attends to everything right away when things go wrong. The apt is centrally located where you can find anything you want and a short 10 minute walk from Lapa where you can find all kinds of fun things to get into on the weekend and at nights. Very short trip on the metro to the popular beaches of Brazil and you can order almost everything from the apt. Would definitely recommend it. -marcello

Nossa experiência no Loft foi ótima, o apartamento é como no anuncio, o proprietário pensa em cada detalhe para que o locatário sinta-se em casa, é bem limpo, cozinha funcional, tem os utensílios necessários, fica localizado próximo ao metrô e ao redor possuí vários estabelecimentos comerciais. Resumindo, amamos o Loft, em uma futura viagem ao RJ voltaria a alugar. Recomendo!

un appartement tres tres bien entretenu pour ume localisation parfaite. Des mon arrivee , le proprietaire Sidney a ete tres attentif a me presenter son appartement et le quartier dans lequel il se trouve . Sa situation centrale permet de decouvrir tres facilement les monuments historiques et les musees du centre de rio, l acces au plage se fait tres facilement avec l usage du metro. L appartement est en tres bonne condition de maintenance et de proprete. Je recommande a tous ce superbe appartement pour un sejour parfait a Rio de Janeiro. fabrice delassus

Apartamento bem localizado com todo comércio e condução pública há 2 minutos de você. Maravilhoso por dentro com todos os móveis e eletrodomésticos novos e funcionando perfeitamente. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado! O anfitrião super atencioso e gentil e pronto para ajudar no que fosse necessário. Todos os detalhes de pagãmente foram resolvidos rápida e seguremte. Nos sentimos em casa. Eu e meu esposo nos hospedamos já umas 3 vezes no mesmo local e certamente quando precisarmos é pra lá que nós vamos!!

Perfect vacation!

The stufio is brand new, super clean, stylish, cozy, and was perfect for my long 2 week vacation. It`s located in the heart of downtown Rio, close to all the cultural landmarks and right in front of the subway station and Municipal Theatre. Around the corner I'd always amaze myself watching musicians get together to play samba in the local bar. Ipanema beach is a 20 minute ride on the subway train. The studio has everything you can need and is very practical. Washer and hangers to dry your clothes is a plus when you are traveling and don't want to spend tons of money at a dry cleaner, which in Rio is pretty expensive. I'm really glad I found this studio and would most definitely recommend it everyone who wants to stay in the cultural heart of the city.

Why they chose this property

I decided to invest in small apartments in the city center because I noticed that there was a gap in terms of quality, comfort and service. Most apartments was of poor quality, as well as guest service, causing the majority prefer to stay in hotel. Then retired several apartments next to the Metro, in a great location, leaving them clean, super modern and fully equipped. The idea worked and demand is high, since a hotel of the same quality monthly costs 3 times more than an apartment.
