Enjoy beautiful Gulf views from this luxury Captiva Island vacation rental home offering five bedrooms, five bathrooms and located across the street from the beach of the Gulf. And the views get even better when you take the circular staircase up to the rooftop deck!

This updated home is located one mile south of the Captiva Village. The main floor offers a large and open living room, dining area, and kitchen with a wall of doors leading to a covered porch with room to relax, dine and enjoy a view of the tropical landscaping. The kitchen has stainless appliances including a gas stove and double refrigerator.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area with TV/DVD Player, large closet, master bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Luxuriate in the freestanding bathtub located next to doors leading out to the private covered porch offering gulf views. Or relax in the private sitting area of the master bedroom.

The lower level offers a game room and a large sitting area with a large TV, DVD and sliding glass doors leading out to the beautiful pool /spa area and the outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower combination on this level.

This home is beautiful. Had a few issues with the pool for the first few days, other than that our stay was amazing.

Absolutely beautiful property!

The photos don’t do justice to the house and landscaping. Both are beautiful. The house is very comfortable, and the views toward the Gulf are amazing. This might be the nicest property I have ever stayed at.

Post Covid Family Vacay

After being separated for over a year we were thrilled to be all under Avoca’s roof together. The family/living/dining room is the heart of the house with plenty of room to gather together. Everything we needed was right there, ready. The pool was perfect for relaxing at the house and the beach access was amazing…. Private, beach chairs ready to go for stunning sunsets!

Paradise

This is a phenomenal home and place to stay and we will return as often as possible. The small bedroom upstairs is a problem with no bathroom on that floor except going into someone else's bedroom. The freezer also is terrible and would not even keep ice from melting.

Weekly summer forced family fun

Excellent. Wish the little upstairs bedroom had bath over garage and that there was an ice machine. Huge and I mean huge hand sized spider on bedroom wall only down side. Two coyotes playing on pool deck one night and had to rescue an osprey that hit the power line. The kitchen and table are family favorites. After the pool of course.
