In need for a tropical escape in the desert surrounded by all the entertainment and activities Scottsdale has to offer?
This beautiful property is perfect for relaxing or entertaining: private resort style backyard with heated pool, real fire pit, hot tub, putting green, corn hole and other outside games and grill.
Walk to Kierland / Scottsdale quarter for all prime shopping and restaurants. Golf courses and parks right around the corner.
Inside you will find all amenities you can think of in the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There is a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an eat-in breakfast area. There is also a dining table that seats 6. Adjacent to the dining area is a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace room. And there is a comfortable family room with a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a resort-style travertine shower and deep soaking tub with a queen sofa bed. Guest bedroom 1 also has an ensuite bathroom with travertine shower, making this house with not only 1, but 2 master bedroom. The "den" has 2 Full day beds, doors for privacy, and shares a bathroom with guest bedroom 2. There is WiFi throughout the home. All thinkable streaming services are included in all bedrooms and common areas: YoutubeTV, Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, ESPN+, NHL

Best Ladies Weekend Ever!

This place was great! It accommodated 8 women with comfortable bedding, a spacious home and a fun pool area. The hot tub was a bonus! It's close to shopping and dining. We would definitely stay again.

The only issue was the confusion about the AC. The book says it’s fine to adjust but they have signs posted that says you can’t and it was very hot in there when we arrived. The place is very beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Very beautiful home..

Such a perfect house for a large group! Endless entertainment with the pool, putting green, and lawn games! The bathrooms all have amazing huge showers and the beds were all comfortable. Plenty of seating and room to spread out. Super close to the freeways and plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Highly recommend for a Scottsdale weekend getaway

This rental was excellent! Great communication with Host. Location was fantastic, as it was near many stores and easy to jump on major routes, but just tucked away enough to be in a very quiet neighborhood. Pool was heated to 85 and we sure enjoyed that! Lots of pool toys for the kids were available. The house had nearly eveything we needed either provided by the host, or left behind by previous renters.Besides a few burned out lightbulbs (which host said he will correct shortly) the house was all in working order, and a big part of what made our trip great. Thanks again Martijn and Sabrina!Would return here if we make it back to Scottsdale!

Perfect Phoenix Getaway

Very nice overall. Clean but not so new that you felt uncomfortable to relax there. The kitchen is well appointed. The layout is comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. The only two comments I would add would be that the signage is confusing on the AC because it says not to adjust the thermostat but after contacting the owner he said it could be adjusted down from 82 degrees so thank goodness for that. The carpets in the bedrooms have a lot of stains and could use an update. Otherwise we absolutely loved the house!

Quick work trip

Fantastic experience. Manager so easy to work with and check in and out seamless. Better stocked than most rentals I have used and the overall value of this property is great for this location. Very convenient to everything in North Scottsdale while still being in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loved it!

Maintenance

The unit was great to stay at. The only thing I would think it could use is some building maintenance. A lot of light bulbs need to be replaced or repaired. Light and fan over the washer and dryer needs to be replaced. The fan sqeels very loudly. A lot of the chairs are very wobbly, should be repaired or replaced. Dishwasher needs to be mounted properly. It tips when rolling out the trays. Kitchen table is a very heavy. The legs are very wobbly (dangerous). In general they just need to go through the house and check out a lot of these problems.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a great stay here over spring break. House is very clean and in good location right in between hikes and Old Town Scottsdale. Owner provided lots of amenities such as outdoor games, well stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, etc. Outdoor area is really beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great retreat in a great location

We had a family vacation with brown kids and grandkids . The yards (pool, hot tub, putting green, fireplace, covered patio with large TV) was fantastic! Many memories made. The location was very convenient to attractions and shopping. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for our large group. Owners were very responsive.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Overall the house was great exactly what we were looking for. When the pool guy came they chopped down some palms but didn’t clean them up and many of them ended up in the pool so we had to clean that up.
