Great outdoor area and pool/hot tub. Kitchen and bar areas are well stocked. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do — spring training ball fields, zoo, botanical gardens, aquarium/butterfly house and train park, as well as shopping.

The house was amazing. Colin is a great host and very responsive. Perfectly located to all the different activities you will want to enjoy in Scottsdale. We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property. The home was beautifully appointed, the beds and linens were very comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for relaxing together. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit made the stay feel extra special, and the location was prime, convenient, beautiful, and ideal for a getaway.Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy. The host was attentive throughout our stay, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a great guest experience.A small note: the sofa is a little tired and not overly comfortable.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely return for another girls trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect set up for our family including 2 children in their 20's. The large open living/dining/kitchen provided plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well-stocked and includes plenty of counter space. We especially enjoyed the glass "garage door" that opens up to the covered patio. The pool and integrated hot tub were enjoyed daily. The property is well-maintained. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but also walking distance from a grocery store and local coffee spot. We highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Collin’s place! He was an excellent host — super responsive, organized, and accommodating. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and there were tons of bath and pool towels, which we appreciated. The location was perfect — close to Old Town but still quiet and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful stay for a family spring break. We enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub every day. A short drive to restaurants in old town Scottsdale. House was clean, kitchen had all that we needed. Host was proactive in all communications and gave good local advice.
