The Space: Tucked away in a quiet street, you will love this Old Dunsborough holiday accommodation only a 500m walk to the beach, close proximity to the golf course and Country Club Facilities and a 1km walk to the centre of town. Offering a high level of detail inside and out, with its polished concrete floors, sumptuous furnishings, sun-seeking windows and high-end appliances, this is one unforgettable holiday pad! The easy layout is wonderful for up to two families or groups of friends*. Large windows and glass doors in the downstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and living room overlook the outdoor areas, giving everyone ample space to relax and creating a light and spacious atmosphere. On the upper level is an indulgent adult’s retreat with a spacious air conditioned bedroom, large walk-in wardrobe and en suite. A sliding door off the master bedroom opens onto a balcony which overlooks the tree-lined Old Dunsborough Golf Course - a wonderful way to wake up and start the day. Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with bunk beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate toilet. Central to this upstairs area is a second living/ TV room with wood fire and air conditioning with ample built-in seating, enough for the whole family to enjoy a movie. In the summer months, you have the luxury of air-conditioning in the living areas (upstairs and downstairs) and master bedroom, as well as ceiling fans in the downstairs open living, master bedroom, and bedrooms 2 & 3. In winter, there are 2 beautiful fireplaces: one in the downstairs kitchen/ lounge room, and one in the upstairs TV Room. Downstairs there is a separate powder room and fully equipped laundry. Known as Old Dunsborough, this is a very beautiful and peaceful part of town, and this small, narrow street services only a limited number of houses.

Guest Access: The whole house is exclusively guest access.
The Neighborhood: Wake up to bird song before popping into town for a coffee and paper, or enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Old Dunsborough boat ramp is mere minutes away, so pack your beach bags and head out to enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay before grabbing some lunch at one of the many wonderful eateries of Dunsborough town. The region offers an abundance of activities, so whether you want to take a full day out or just keep it local, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained on a visit to Dunsborough. The Dunsborough Country Club is a 200m stroll down the fairway bordering the property, with golf, tennis, bowls, croquet and world class mountain bike trails which extend into Meelup National Park. The Club also offers great value meals and bar facilities.
Dunsborough is the jewel of the South West region, located on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. At low tide, the beach has shallow, clear waters, perfect for kids to play and splash around safely, and on a nice day you will find happy groups of visitors and locals alike paddling, floating, fishing and boating in the serene waters of the bay. Just outside of town there are some more secluded beaches, like Curtis Bay and Meelup.
Dunsborough is home to many lovely local boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and provides a hub for everyone to enjoy good shopping, food and entertainment. A laidback coastal town with a lovely community feel, it experiences a large swell in population during high season, yet you would be amazed how peaceful holidaying here can still be, thanks to beautiful surrounding bush, leafy suburbs and long stretches of pristine beach.
It's not just about summer here, despite its popularity thanks to the glorious weather; all year round, even when we may be less blessed with warm days and sunny skies, visitors can enjoy hikes, biking, surfing, off-roading, horse riding, cave tours, water sports, fishing, wine and beer tasting, and generally eating and drinking one's way around the area! Visit in spring to catch the whale migration and wild flower season, or in autumn to enjoy quieter beaches and excellent surf.
The Margaret River Wine Region is one of the most prestigious winemaking areas in the world. Considered a “boutique” region, production is relatively small and quality-focused. The unique microclimates and fabulous soils here mean that producers are able to make some of the world’s best Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a host of other single varietal and blend wines; most wineries will have a good selection of options, including various sparkling wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz if the flagship varieties aren’t your cup of tea. Many of these wineries are also home to phenomenal restaurants, and your dining options will range from full tasting menus to casual pizzas or grazing boards. If you have any particular restaurant on your wish list, we strongly recommend booking ahead all year round. In peak summer season (December-February), bookings are essential and may need to be made several weeks or months in advance. Please contact us directly if you would like tailored recommendations for your self-guided winery and/or brewery tour. If you have time, we highly recommend buying a ticket onto one of the many locally operated winery and brewery tour buses, for an unforgettable day out of excellent food and drink.
Getting Around: Dunsborough has a number of walking and bike paths, meaning that it is very easy to get around on foot and any wheels of your choice. We are fortunate to have a couple of local business offering bike hire, and Dunsborough has recently been included in an e-scooter initiative. This house in particular is walking distance (~5 mins) to the beach and easy cycling distance to town, so no need to hop in the car if you want to stay local. The property is also very close to the Dunsborough Country Club, offering some great MTB trails. Visitors wishing to explore the surrounding area will need a car.

House was amazing. Had everything we wanted and was lovely and clean. Close to everything. Great locationGreat walk into town centre.Would definitely stay there again.
Great location, nice and quiet, easy walk to the beach and town.
Big clean house perfect for 2 couples to have a holiday together and still not feel on top of each other
This was such a gorgeous property to spend a weekend catching up with friends. It had everything we needed and felt comfortable but indulgent at the same time. The bedding and towels were like staying in a hotel but all the comforts of home.
Very nice property. Very clean. Really love the layout and location nice and quiet. Only negative was no aircon in 3 bedrooms, only in master, and we stayed on a very hot weekend; and backyard very average concrete. Overall great stay 😀
This house has multiple living rooms so it has great separation for the kids/adults. The inside of the house was immaculate!
The outside was a bit untidy and the backyard is not very inviting so we kept the curtains shut. It would benefit from a nice outdoor setting and some plants out the back.
Rangeview Retreat was a perfect place for our family and friends to stay. Close to the Dunsborough town centre to easily access and enjoy; and far enough away to feel as if we were out of the hustle and bustle. Perfectly positioned and appointed, Rangeview Retreat did not disappoint in any aspect.
Rangeview retreat is a large, well equipped, holiday home in old Dunsborough. Great location for access to the Meelup MTB trails and for all things Dunsborough.
This amazing home ticked all the box’s for us.
We came down as a group for a friends wedding.
It allowed us to be so close to town, yet on such a nice quiet street opposite the golf course.
Everything we wanted in a home when going staying down south, and would happily book here again in the future!
A very nice house to fit our family for our short getaway downsouth. The location is tucked away in the quieter side which is what we want. Everyone including kids & grownups enjoyed the stay. TVs on both downstairs and upstairs living have Netflix and AC/heaters. Would definitely recommend this house. Plus, Cheryl was a great help from start, during & end of stay.
