Nestled high on the hill in Big Rock Reserve, this well-equipped retreat offers bushland views with glimpses of the Indian Ocean. A short stroll takes you to Clancy’s Fish Pub, or explore nearby beaches, wineries, and Country Life Farm for a fun-filled escape in nature.
Set on six private acres, nature meets comfort in this thoughtfully designed home. The open-plan living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flood the space while offering serene views of the surrounding bushland.  A Smart TV, board games, and plush seating create a cosy spot to unwind, while a separate rumpus room offers an extra space to relax or answer emails on the dedicated workspace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, and Nespresso machine, ensuring you can cook up a feast or enjoy a morning coffee on the deck. Sliding doors lead to this expansive deck, where you can enjoy alfresco dining, a BBQ, and views over the forested landscape. The backyard offers a true nature retreat, complete with a fire pit for cosy nights under the stars, a picnic table for relaxed outdoor hangouts, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The primary suite features a king bed, a luxurious ensuite with a soaking bath and walk-in shower, and is accessed via the decked balcony or through the rumpus room. The second bedroom offers a queen, and the versatile third bedroom includes a king bed that can be converted into two singles upon request. The fun rumpus room is the fourth sleeping area, featuring a comfortable sofa bed ideal for children. A main bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower provides extra convenience, along with a separate toilet for added privacy.

The full laundry area includes a washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless. Parking is provided for two cars in the carport.
Big Rock Dreaming is tucked away in Big Rock Reserve, offering peace and seclusion while remaining close to local gems. A short walk brings you to Clancy’s Fish Pub, a local favourite for great food, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere. Families will love visiting Country Life Farm, where children can feed the animals and enjoy interactive activities.

For beach lovers, Meelup Beach, Eagle Bay, and Castle Rock are just a short drive away, offering pristine white sands and turquoise waters. If you're in the mood for wine tasting, the renowned Margaret River wineries are within easy reach, making for the perfect day trip.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
