Just As Described

The property was just as described. It was clean. Parking garage was a short distance to the property and you could park on the same level so it was easy to load and unload. Other pros: Good location View of the ocean, but not ocean front Short walking distance to the beach Close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and other fun activities On-site pool and hot tub Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great Spot

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here at V403. This year beach service is included and was a huge bonus for me. The beach, pools and lazy river were all clean. I felt like we were close enough to the elevator and stairs that getting around wasn't issue. We didn't have a car so I can't comment on the parking situation. We were able to walk to close by restaurants each day. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. I didn't realize the microwave was actually a convection oven as well until a day into our trip. I used Walmart delivery for our groceries. The balcony does have a better view than I expected. It's large but unfortunately, you do hear the traffic. My daughter slept on the pull out couch. While she didn't complain about the way it felt (At 40 I think I would have needed a topper) it was very noisy. The air-conditioning is right by the pullout as well and it also kept her awake. All in all we were very happy with this condo. This was our first trip to Destin and we plan to be back next year. Hopefully in this same resort if not same villa.

Loved the place very clean and comfy, would have loved to have a full length mirror. But no issues otherwise. The binder was extremely helpful, gorgeous pools and very easy to access.

Overall had problems-V403

The place itself was nice with the pools and beach access. However, there was sand in the bed as if the sheets had not been washed. The sofa bed had NO sheets, NO blankets and NO pillows. The fridge was HOT and took two days before a temp one was put in. I was told the owner didn't want to address this issue at first as id they didn't care. Would NOT stay in V403 ever again, but would possibly try another unit

Wonderful Week

We had a great week and loved the pools and easy ocean access. Bed was comfortable and the condo was quiet. The property was exactly as pictured and had what we needed for a relaxing stay. All standard cleaning was great but the property could use some deeper cleaning - fans, ceiling lights, etc.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. The pools and lazy river are amazing. There is an awesome restaurant with fresh locally caught seafood across the street. The room was great, super clean with beach access. Loved it.

Hotel very well located and with several swimming pools for the enjoyment of all. The rooms are very good, but they need an update. very accessible parking. The beach is very beautiful. You don't need to waste time going to crab island having such a perfect beach at the hotel

Check in process was very easy!! The manger responded to my messages within 10 minutes! Very clean room, perfect space for 3-4 people. Very close to the beach and access to all the pools! Bed was comfy!

Week away was nice but could have been better

Great pool options available. Room was OK but could have been more beachy in decor. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Sand on the floor, sand in the bed. Bed and couch were seriously uncomfortable. I mean really bad. Needed at least 1 more blanket and more bath towels. We were there 6 days and only had 2 bath towels each all week. We notified mgr of kitchen sink issue and balcony light not working. Not many shopping options nearby. Daily traffic was a real bummer.

Basic condo

The location is great. No beach chairs/ umbrellas come with rental, but to with other units on the property. We had a family of 4 and the property only provides 2 bath towels, so bring your own! The toaster didn’t work…I wouldn’t recommend this condo for a family, only a couple.

Perfect for a long week! Access to beach was quick and beautiful. Great location to restaurants. View from balcony is way better than in the pictures. Would recommend!

Amazing views and even better property manager!!!

This place is amazing!! I rented this unit for a week while working at Eglin AFB. The project was postponed for 2 weeks and the property manager, Ken Erdberg, was amazing! He worked with me as to change our rental dates without a huge cost. He went above and beyond in the customer service side!! I will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Great Condo in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s in a location close to everything and the photo does not do justice to the view off the balcony. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Post Covid-19

Our overall experience was good. The unit itself was equipped with everything you would need except for extra towels and toilet paper. We had 4 people stay in our unit and only got 1 towel per person for an entire week. You only get the bare minimum to get you started. Bring extra toiletries and bath towels. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were like flat pancakes. I did not walk on the floor barefoot because after wiping the floor from the humidity on arrival, the rag I used was black so it appears that the floors had not been cleaned in sometime. The walls are thin and you can hear the people upstairs/next door pulling out the chair from the table etc… the parking was awesome and the security guy that reminds me of Rick James in the morning was so pleasant and made you feel at home.

GREAT LOCATION

Multiple pools and lazy river. Both Beach and Bay access. Minutes near Mcguires . We were missing a blanket for the pullout sofa. Called property manager and within minutes a staff arrived with a blanket. Whoa!! Will stay again!
