About the host
Your host

I love to travel and have been out of the country for a few years. I knew I wanted to end up in a quaint town. Exeter reminds me so much of my life in Europe. It truly is the hidden gem of the Central Valley.
Why they chose this property
I live in the original hospital in Exeter. Built in 1913. Of course, it looks nothing like a hospital today. You have to see it to believe. Stain glass windows, craftsman architecture. You will never see another house like this one.
