Relax and unwind in this spacious, high-set townhouse situated approximately a five minute drive away from the pristine five kilometre long Agnes Water main beach, cafes and shopping village.

The Space:
Cordelia's boasts two queen bedrooms, one on each floor, both equipped with air conditioning for comfort.

Additionally, there's a bedroom featuring four single beds as two sets of bunk beds along with a portable fan for cooling.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower, bath, toilet, and sink, and another downstairs with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, with an open-plan dining area and living space, complete with a television and air conditioning.

Outside, a spacious undercover deck awaits, providing outdoor seating and ocean views.

For parking convenience, there's a double lock-up garage, which also houses a washing machine and dryer.

Notably, the property doesn't have Wi-Fi, encouraging guests to disconnect and relax fully.

It's worth mentioning that Vodafone coverage is unavailable in the area, and other mobile networks may be limited or patchy in Agnes Water & 1770.

Given the natural surroundings, guests should be prepared for potential wildlife encounters such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds, particularly on the verandah and in garden areas.

The Neighborhood:
The Towns of 1770 and Agnes Water are linked by kilometres of pristine beaches bordering the Coral Sea.

With access to the Great Barrier Reef the Discovery Coast also has the most northern surf beaches in Queensland.

Combine these features with the laid back village atmosphere beach lovers seek, Town of 1770/Agnes Water is an idyllic escape.

Surrounded by National Parks and hinterland beauty, the Discovery Coast has been luring newcomers since Captain Cook stepped ashore in 1770.

Comfortable & enjoyable except for a couple of maintenance issues.
We really enjoyed our stay there. The only negative thing was in the downstairs bathroom/toilet, as the toilet had a leak from the cistern so we had to fill a bucket with water to flush it so it would not leak onto the floor. Also the light was not working, but we put a lamp into the room for light. We spoke to the real estate to let them know. Otherwise it was very comfortable and cosy with not far to drive to the beaches or shops. We loved the area.

1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Richard and Jo, who took the plunge and took this business over in December 2023, after falling in love with the area on various holidays to the beautiful Agnes Water & 1770.

We specialise in holiday property letting and are a buyer's advocate for Agnes Water & 1770.

We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.
