The Space:
Just a brief five-minute drive away lies 1770, the historic birthplace of Queensland, where Captain Cook first set foot centuries ago.

The three-bedroom unit encompasses a master suite with a king bed and ensuite, a second queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with twin single beds, complemented by a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

Outdoor amenities include a communal pool, terrace with seating, and a BBQ.

Complete with air conditioning and lift access from underground parking, this accommodation offers modern comforts amidst natural beauty.

While Wi-Fi is not available, Kingfisher presents an ideal setting to disconnect and rejuvenate.

Please be advised that Vodafone coverage is absent in the area, and mobile network reception may be limited or sporadic in Agnes Water and 1770.

Given its lush surroundings, encounters with local wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds are possible on the verandah and in garden areas.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the property and resort amenities while staying. A short walk through a communal path through the sand dunes and you are on the pristine, five kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach.

The Neighborhood:
Agnes Water and 1770 are surrounded by stunning National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.

Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.

Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.

It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.

A vibrant Sunday morning market takes place every second weekend.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.

Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.

Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 5 kilometres away.
