Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This gorgeous condo has a king-size bed with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are granite countertops in the kitchen, one housing the stainless steel sink and the other on an island with seating for four. There is a cooktop, convection microwave oven a smaller sized refrigerator. Cable television is in the living room and bedroom. The queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the living room along with a separate chair. Off the living room is the walk-out open patio with seating for two.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed wifi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the beautiful's downtown.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and the staff person (one)friendly. We were very disappointed not to have access to the pool as we planned on it after seeing photos of it online. The pool was not usable due to dirt and leaves. The traffic at night was very noisy and there was no access to even a cup of coffee in the morning as the lobby didn’t open until nine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Way overpriced for what it is. Didn’t clean once in three weeks. On the big road so noisy. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Refrigerator froze food. Etc.etc.

This was a last minute rental for my husband and I. We live the costal areas and enjoyed our time. Downtown and marina all in walking distance.
