Within walking distance of the center of Skopelos town, less than 200 meters from the shops, taverns and the port and just 300 meters from the organized beach of Skopelos town is Villa Joanna.
The exceptional detached house on 3 levels is located on a private spacious road and features wonderful furnishings of a special artistic style with a mix of modern and classic elements. Fenced with white and stone walls with dense vegetation and large trees around the paved private pool, thus offering complete privacy with peace and quiet of the countryside while you are in the city.
It has 2 balconies and 1 terrace with panoramic views of the city and the mountains. 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with marble countertops and washing machine.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to the large and comfortable living-dining room with fireplace which on one side offers through the balcony doors a view of the garden and the pool and on the other offers a view of large trees with rich foliage.
It has a private parking space for 2 cars.
The garden also has a barbecue.
For 7-day reservation, a complete cleaning is carried out in between.
