The exceptional detached house on 3 levels is located on a private spacious road and features wonderful furnishings of a special artistic style with a mix of modern and classic elements. Fenced with white and stone walls with dense vegetation and large trees around the paved private pool, thus offering complete privacy with peace and quiet of the countryside while you are in the city.
It has 2 balconies, 2 terraces with panoramic views of the mountains and the city and a 1 terrace with panoramic views of the sea. 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with marble countertops and washing machine.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to the large and comfortable living-dining room with fireplace which on one side offers through the balcony doors a view of the garden and the pool and on the other offers through windows a view of the garden and the mountains.
It has a private parking space for 2 cars.
The garden also has a barbecue.
For 7-day reservation, a complete cleaning is carried out in between.
