Ocean block just 5 houses to direct beach access. That's our block and you don't have to walk 1 block south nor 1 block north to gain access. 180 nights minimum. 240 maximum
3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths with hot and cold outside shower.
Beach badges are included. Our home has never been rented before so this is a unique opportunity. Saturday to Saturday summer with a table with a small deck to grill bbq! The second toilet and vanity upstairs is a nice convenience in addition to the full bathroom downstairs as well as the outside shower. Rear yard amenities include nice table and chairs with an umbrella with plenty of room to relax after a great day on the beach. Or a short walk to bayside at sunset is a homerun for anyone seeking the pleasantness of our home location.block just 5 houses to direct beach access.
