This contemporary single family home was designed by an architect who taught Structures class at the University of Houston. As such it's entire frame is built of steel beams which can be seen upon entry. The front private courtyard is quite expansive for a relaxing area. The location in Bellaire is minute away from shopping and dining in the Galleria while still having 10-15 minute drives to the Medial Center, Upper Kirby, and Montrose areas.
