About this property

Summary:
Our four bedroom home is in the heart of Kinloch and is just a few short metres form the Kinloch 10 Hole Golf Course. There is plenty of room to park your boat out the front. Kinloch has three cafes and two restaurants to choose from as well as great walks, parks and two international mountain bike tracks. Just a short drive up the road is the Jack Nicklaus International Golf Course. Bring your boat and launch at the Marina and enjoy a day of fishing or water skiing. There are lots of parks and children play areas as well as a great safe swimming beach.

The Space:
Our home is over two levels. The living area is upstairs with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Down stairs there is another two bedroom and bathroom.
Good off road parking.

Guest Access:
Easy access to back of house, good parking and an internal stair cast to the main part of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Kinloch is a great safe village, with lots of thing to do for all ages. Swimming in the lake, play grounds, tennis courts and or course the marina to launch your boat and two golf courses, all within the village. There are several bike tracks that leave from Kinloch and also boat access to the tracks across the lake.
There are also may lovely walks including the Whangamata Stream walk to view the historic Kinloch Station waterwheel.

Getting Around:
Walking will get you to most places.
Bike if you want to get there quicker

Kinloch General Store has most things including Lotto. Takeaways all year round and wood fired pizza available during the summer holiday period

Excellent time in Kinloch

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. The weather was great and, so we hardly spent too much time indoors, but did enjoy the BBQ and the comfortable lounge.

Great Getaway

Great place to stay. Close to all amenities and plenty of room for everyone. House has almost everything!! Just needs wifi for an internet-connected family!

Spanish Style stay

Nice large house with plenty of room. Good spaces to relax in. Well appointed with lots of cutlery crockery glassware etc. Very hot upstairs though. Could perhaps invest in a fan?
