Attractive and contemporary villa, settled in the small Istrian village of Grandići.
Villa has all what it takes for a perfect holiday – spacious interior with comfortable bedrooms, big private pool and garden area, and a lot of places to put a sun-bed and enjoy the sun or a good book.
The outdoor covered terrace with barbecue is perfectly connected with the interior through large openings, and will provide you with a relaxing place for morning coffees and hanging out by the pool.
The living room, in addition to a beautiful view of the garden and pool, offers you a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 people, sofa, TV and fireplace that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and an activity room for playing with friends and family.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and two terraces with beautiful views of the green landscape.
Villa Grace can accommodate 6+2 guests, it is fully air conditioned, has a private enclosed parking for 4 cars.
Quiet location, modern design, rich equipment and spaciousness make this villa a great place to relax and enjoy.
Villa Grace is not a party house and such behavior is not desirable.

Hier kann man einen tollen entspannten Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten verbringen

Ein wunderbar großes Grundstück mit einem großen Pool. Wir haben den Garten sehr oft benutzt um Federball, Krocket oder Tischtennis zu spielen. Die Tischtennisplatte ist übrigens in einem sehr guten Zustand. Und Schläger sind alles vorhanden. Der Pool wird regelmäßig von den Besitzern gereinigt die im selben Ort wohnen. Sie waren immer für uns ansprechbar und haben uns das Gefühl vermittelt dass sie alles für uns tun würden. Wir haben am letzten Abend sogar Grillfleisch geschenkt bekommen. Und bei der Ankunft waren Getränke und Kekse im Kühlschrank. Neue Waschmaschine und auch Trockner haben uns das Leben erleichtert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und jeder konnte sein Schlafzimmer selber so einstellen wie er es brauchte. In einem Raum blies sie leider direkt aufs Bett. Der Ort selber ist ein sehr kleiner ohne Supermarkt oder Restaurant. Die Nachbarn haben wir so gut wie gar nicht mitbekommen. Auch der Spielplatz vor dem Haus war kein Störfaktor. Der nächste Supermarkt in Barban war ca 10 min entfernt mit dem Auto. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen auch wenn wir den nie gebraucht haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Küchenmaschine und einen Stabmixer. Auch die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicher auch selber noch einmal dort hinfahren.

Klasse Haus mit reichlich Platz und umfassenden Sportangebot

Das Haus ist sehr neu, gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist sehr groß, sodass jeder auf seine Kosten kommt. Unsere zwei Jungs haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das umfassende Sportangebot hat es kurzweilig gemacht. Im Haus gibt es einen Billardtisch und Dart. Neben dem Pool kann man im Garten auch Fußball (Bambini Tore), Tischtennis (Platte und Schläger vorhanden) oder Badminton (Set vorhanden) spielen. Unweit des Hauses gibt es auch einen Bolzplatz, den man zum Fußball-, Handball- oder Basketballspielen nutzen kann. Die Lage des Dorfes ist aber nicht ideal. Alles (Einkaufen, Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.) ist mit einer teils längeren Fahr verbunden. Jedoch ist es recht ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und engagiert.

Tolles Haus - ein schöner Urlaub

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Neben Pool, Tischtennis und Billiard gab es vor der Tür noch ein Fußballplatz sowie ein Basketballkorb. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in Kürze erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und standen uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Schade dass es so schnell vorbei war. Wir würden wieder kommen.

A blissful rural retreat

Villa Grace is wonderful and we had a fabulous holiday here; we’d return in a heartbeat. Franco and Nancy are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The villa is modern and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and immaculate and everything flows very well from indoors to outdoors. The whole layout is perfect for a family holiday. Our teenage children loved the pool area, table tennis and the village football and basketball court next door. We loved to cook in the well equipped kitchen and the air conditioning made for a very comfortable stay. It’s handy for day-trips to some of the coast’s show-stoppers, such as Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad. We loved the Italian influence and the amazing seafood. Overall, we'd really recommend staying at this beautiful villa.
