Potter county is a little piece of heaven! The cabin was rustic, the stars were amazing and there were fireworks on the 4th! The owner was a gentleman and a pleasure to talk with
We loved this place. For being rustic, everything was well thought of to make this a relaxing and refreshing experience. When leaving, we felt a bittersweet feeling. We enjoyed the wildlife and taking walks. A lovely area! The one thing it needed...cows on the hillside with bells around their necks! As I said in the beginning, we LOVED this place!
My wife and I stayed in the cabin to see the stars, hike, and enjoy unplugging for a few days this fall. We really enjoyed our time, and the Franklin stove provided plenty of heat to keep us warm as temps dropped in the evening.
The cabin was adorable and perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided so many amenities! The skies were dark and the stars were out! It was amazing!
We absolutely loved this quaint, cozy cabin! Everything we needed, we were very comfortable. Maybe bring a battery operated fan and radio! Otherwise, beautiful and restful.
Drove from CT stay here on our way to catch the solar eclipse and it was totally worth it! Very serene location and lots of nature to explore. The cabin itself is so beautiful and i appreciated all the craftsmanship ship. Host greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Which we did! Great amenities, and realized I could’ve packed a couple less items (essentials).

We wanted Rustic...we got Rustic. It was extremely clean, the owner had already started the wood stove so it was warm and inviting when we arrived. Clean, quiet, great porch and rockers and bubbling stream right in front.
Very quiet area in the woods, has Franklin stove, picnic table and clean port-a-potty. We accidentally took home two of their pillows because my husband sleeps with a lot of pillows and their pillow cases are brown like ours. They were going to charge us for them but I asked if we could ship them and they were kind enough to agree with that.
Quaint Creekside Cabin is the perfect getaway for you to reconnect with the outdoors and enjoy the beauty of Potter County. Not secluded yet private and also a pond only a minutes walk from the front porch so bring your fishing poles. The cabin is more beautiful than the pictures could ever show and although there’s a porta-John it is very sanitary. Definitely going back , possibly a winter trip.
Finally made it back after 2 years and Steve has made some wonderful changes around the cabin. Loved the fountain in the pond. Just as our last stay we had everything we needed for a very relaxing weekend away. Hopefully our next stay Steve will pop in for a little conversation as that was a highlight of our last stay but didn’t get to see Steve this go around. Thank you for a lovely weekend!!
Have been PA camping for 45 years. As we get older, the hard ground or deflating air mattresses don't cut it. This cabin checked all we were looking for. Thank you Ali and Steve!
We only rented the cabin for the night and unfortunately we had bad weather luck of the draw haha but we still had an amazing time it was nice to get away from technology for a little while and just relax, beautiful cabin and property would definitely come again
